I have been working with Vista security for 3 years. All staff members and colleagues are cooperative and supportive. They provide various future opportunities according to skills and experience. Vista is the great platform for freshers as well as professionals. It is so satisfying that I didn’t feel like to switch other companies. I would love to continue my job with this company.

I have been working with Vista Security from more than half of the year and my experience with them is wonderful. They always responds to you on time and properly train their guards before sending them to any site. Payalpreet kaur mam is very helpful and always responds to emails within seconds. Great company and management.

Company is run by soulless people. Unless you are Indian or buddy buddy, with the people in the office, good luck . The manager Payal Preet is ruthless. She will lie to you and use you to fill hours with no disregard. And if there is any sort of incident in the workplace, she will always take the side of her own people because she is Indian and Punjabi herself, same with 99 percent of the guards in vista. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with that, but what is wrong is to give preference to your own people. this is a workplace which has to be fair but it’s not.Cameron Haines is hands-down, the most unprofessional person I’ve ever came across in my life. If Justin Trudeau had an illegitimate son, it would definitely be Cameron because he reminds me of Justin Trudeau. seems like a nice guy first, but then will backstab you.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants to do some security work for this company. They are by far the worst security company I ever work with. 5 years working with them and they decide to let me go because of the things they accuse me of. Cameron is my ex-boss and he said to me one the phone “to lay off the attitude” what attitude? I wanted to find out why I was laid off. But he was accusing me on a lot of things I have not done. Anyways, any new security guards who wanna work with this company, don’t. Because they give you really low minimum wage, and the employees there are very unprofessional on what they do. They will not be there as a team. They work independently and they do not care. I was working in the guardshack and some of the guards are dressed like they are going to go out with friends, not dressed they are going to work. Especially not wearing safety shoes. Other than that, carriers are informing me about guards sleeping on the job. I would never recommend any new security guards to work with this company. Better find another company to work with because this ain’t it.
