Great company to do business with. I needed an order of numerous large cases with specific colours, which no one had, and it was somewhat urgent. I called the company and the staff was very helpful in figuring out a solution that worked for me. On top of it all they had the best price. I was able to research the product well before purchasing it. The Pelican 1550 Case lived up to its expectations. The product was delivered on time and is well worth the price money.I use the case for my camera gear. Shortly after purchasing the product, I had lost it in the woods while I was out filming. Luckily, no camera gear was in it at the time. I got in touch with the Web Sales Representative at Production Case - Jim Cavill, who sympathized with my loss and offered me a discount on my next purchase.I was fortunate enough to be contacted by a good Samaritan who found my case in the woods and ultimately, I was able to have it back.I am more than thrilled by the customer service offered by Production Case Company and could not recommend them more. I've placed multiple orders with Production Case Company and their quality of service ensures I will continue to purchase my Pelican gear through them in the future. Orders are processed quickly, shipping is quick, and most importantly their communication is excellent. I received a phone call from Jim shortly after my first order letting me know of a backorder on a specific options, and was given options to rectify the issue. I decided to wait for the specific color I had already chosen, and PCC emailed updates accordingly. They have no problem taking the time to discuss your options and making sure you are getting the product that best fits your needs. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for protective cases.

Ordered a 1510 a while ago. It seemed a bit sketchy since I had heard of no one buying from them before, but everything proceeded as expected and product arrived as described. Would advise them to somehow make the website seem a little more trustworthy; I wasn't exactly swayed by the Better Business Bureau accreditation in the absence of reviews anywhere.Also, free shipping is great.
