I have a very nice guitar gig bag that had a damaged zipper. A few years ago, after approaching a considerable amount of tailors, shoe repair, and luggage repair businesses, I had virtually given up on finding anywhere that could handle this repair. Seeing as the gig bag was virtually like new, aside from the zipper, I didn't have the nerve to throw it away. Recently, I found Love Your Tailor online and decided to have them take a look at the damage. They said the repair would be no problem. Upon receiving the repaired gig bag, it looks just as good as it did when it was new. I'm so impressed! I highly recommend Love Your Tailor!

I have a very special parka custom made for me. Unfortunately it needed a few alterations since it was a rush order, I needed the back taken in and the sleeves a little narrower. I thought it would be a little too thick to alter, however Anna Marie did an amazing job. Her work is clean inside and out and I can't even tell its been altered. I'm super happy I went with this Tailor. Thank you so much!Cindy

I was sent to Love Your Tailor for Warranty Work by Icebreaker. Other warranty work has usually been completed directly by suppliers with whom my company and my family did business. This experience was new to us; but much appreciated because of the bonus provided. Not only did we receive a job well done, we now have a place we can trust for quality work to restore carpets, drapery, leather, shoes – and even hockey equipment!

My beautiful goose-down coat got severely burnt and the team at Love Your Tailor fixed it to look like it almost never happened and charged a completely reasonable price to do so. They also picked up and dropped off the coat within a week. Highly recommended!

I have a The North Face jacket that was ripped on a hotel door, which frustrated me as it is an expensive jacket, and I figured I would have lost it. Fortunately, TNF told me that Love Your Center is an authorized repair center, and I was happy to see they did a fantastic job repairing my coat. I took 2 pairs of high end Italian designer jeans to have the waist and back taken in. The alteration was perfect. They matched the stitching and the construction so well that you cannot tell the jeans were altered. They even sewn back the inside label. The jeans fit perfectly. Excellent job.

They did a wonderful job fixing my winter coat. Only issue was two threads sticking out from the right arm. I know they're capable of fixing the coat perfectly but they must have missed checking the final outcome for some reason. Nevertheless, I am happy with the coat and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
