We've been seeing Dr. Lowen for going on 14 years, and its always a great time. She's personable, always remembers us, and my kids love going to get their eyes checked with her. Village optical is a nice quiet atmosphere with friendly staff.

I took my child for an optometry here today, and the doctor carefully checked the child's eyes very patiently. The person who adjusts the glasses frame is also very good. The original old glasses are adjusted perfectly, and the wearing is more comfortable than before, and the glasses are cleaned very clean. The excellent doctor and clerk gave us a wonderful experience, and we will come here again next time.

Dr. Loewen is skilled, professional and actually amazing. She provides exceptional service and goes way beyond to educate, inform and ensure her patients have a good understanding of their care. Outstanding in every respect.

Dr.Dillon wonderful as usual. Very thorough in her examination, in answering questions and organizing a treatment plan.As l needed new lenses for my glasses that was quickly facilitated and the woman who did the measurements etc very accommodating.

Dr Dillon is my optometrist she is amazing very thorough, friendly. I am confident I am getting the best eye care. I would recommend her to all my friends. The staff are also amazing friendly courteous and very efficient hardly any wait time. Great experience.

All the staff was great. All the way from the front desk to the exam room with Dr Julie Lafreniere to choosing a frame with Carly. I was impressed. The whole staff was friendly and helpful.I will now be coming here , highly recommended.Also my eye exam was in French, what a bonus.Merci

I felt completely at ease knowing that my eye health was in the hands of such a knowledgeable and caring professional.After the examination, I visited the optical service area and looked at new pairs of glasses. Selection was extensive, with a wide variety of fashionable frames to suit any style or preference. The staff working in the optical department were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and considerate.I must also commend their efficient appointment scheduling and timely service. They respect their patients' time and strive to minimize any waiting period. My entire visit was seamless and well-organized, leaving me with a sense of satisfaction and appreciation for their attention to detail.

Dr. Loewen has provided excellent care for my young daughter who has ever evolving vision problems; always listening to my daughter when she’s having an issue. She is thorough, knowledgeable and always explains things in a way that we understand. She puts us at ease with her non judgemental and kind demeanour. My son got debris stuck in his eye and Dr. Loewen was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly and with great consideration for him and how scared he was.We always order our glasses through village optical because they are patient and accommodating for young children and are always helpful when we have needed repairs or adjustments for her glasses. (6 year olds can be very hard on eyewear).10/10 would recommend Dr. Loewen and Village optical!
