It’s an older hotel but the rooms are clean and bright, the guy at the front desk was nothing more then amazing and helpful. Good value

Good industrial caters to the worker restaurant on site if staying at the hotel they give you 50% off the breakfast in the morning which is great. Lots to choose from. Service is good rooms are clean. Have stayed there many times.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Had to walk out of the restaurant though because no one served me, and i understand its short staffed, but it wouldve been nice to at least be acknowledged (like get a menu or water) instead of only serving the people who are about to leave.

It is what it is. A working man's or woman's hotel. The servers at the pub were awesome after 10 or 12 hr shifts was, nice to get polite, intelligent and respectful conversation. Food was good. I was able to find something every night to eat. Room service is good. All the staff were always helpfull. Rooms were cleaned daily. Would refer this place for work or travel.

Highly recommend. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean and I can’t speak enough about the service here. The people working st the hotel were the more accommodating and helpful than anyone could ask for. We were in town for work and spent most of the summer staying here at the Grey - and the level of service from the staff here never faltered.Nutshell. - clean rooms, good food, great staff.

The rooms aren't fancy, but they are nice and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and try to make your stay enjoyable. The food at the pub is good and the beer is cold. Any time I am in Hanna working, I'll book at the Canada Grey again.

All of the dinners here have been amazing, highly recommend the deep dish pizza, bacon cheeseburger burger and the wings were fantastic!

First time we stopped here for lunch. It was very good with large servings. Would advise anyone passing thru to stop for some good food.

The rooms smell SOOOOO BAD. Otherwise the rooms are typical, not fancy.Dinner is alright.Breakfast is very very limited. No sides allowed. No hashbrowns of any kind.There is nothing vegetarian on the menu when they say you aren't allowed to order sides. They will tell you you aren't allowed to order sides, only the light breakfast options. Or pay full price for dinner food. Not a good deal.It is not very busy in the restaurant and they have signs everywhere saying they are low staff, staff are obviously stressed based on the service they give. Would not recommend the restaurant at all, in terms of customer service.
