TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff is very friendly and will sit down with you and go over options that most benefit you and save your money. Sometimes the TD website or documents might gloss over small details (instead of saying that there's a fee for transferring money from a specific savings account, it will only say that no transactions or one transaction to take money out per month is free) but the workers will explain all the little details to you. I've gotten great service and nice results every time i've gone there, and also, the self-service machines are very helpful for when they're closed in the nights or on Sundays.

I used TD ever since I was a kid, but in recent years its general quality of service has been eroded away by its own menagerie of careless and incompetent employees (perhaps a consequence of nepotism and cronyism in the hiring process). They often made erroneous records, for example, about your tax and citizenship status, and then somehow claimed that you made the errors yourself and that they will report your account to the CRA if you don't correct the errors [that they made]. They even made an error in one of their business mails so that they had to re-sent it to me with the corrections: unprecedented negligence at a preposterous scale. These trolls should've been fired.

They put our cheques onhold for 20 days (!!!) even though the checks were certified draft cheques that BMO said should clear right away. We paid like $50 to certify draft them. TD is coming up with many various reasons why they can not clear it right away. Wonder how its even legal for them to do that - someone should report them for bad business practices like this one.

Worst TD Bank in all GTA. The Business section teller which is a blonde lady, treated my partner and I like criminals. We have withdrawn money from all over GTA and never once was treated like this. We provided the exact ID that we used to open the account and she asked for other ID’s which made no sense. She then took our ID’s and brought it to the back, which apparently was to the manager. After that she came back and demanded both my partner and I bank card even tho our account needed just 1 card to do any transaction. After that she again asked me for my drivers license which I don’t have and did not use to open the account with. I used my citizen card to open account and that was what I provided at the very beginning. I understand that banks need to do their due diligence, which is absolutely correct, but what that specific teller did was just very stereotypical. Even the bank manager did not come talk to us when she called her over. I’m pretty sure the manager knew herself that it was just wrong what that teller was doing. Again, I have used TD banks all over GTA and never once have had to go through what we went through today at this branch. I will definitely never use this branch ever again and would advise anyone who is Asian or black to also avoid this branch, because they might think you are criminals as well.

My favourite bank and also my favourite branch of all time .Amazon LOcker -Ludwig inside the building.The staff are extremely professional and friendly . The hospitality shown to me was exceptional.Always happy to come to deposit my money even though I can just do mobile deposit.Has 3 atmsPlus near to McDonalds with play place and also Tim hortons Iroquois shore , Petro Canada .And Oakville place .

I've always had exceptional service at TD. But this branch in particular always goes above and beyond for their clients. i have been dealing with Raneem recently and she has been patient and helpful, following up with all my question in a timely manner. cannot ask for better service.

We had a really difficult time to explain what we want but the person at the counter whose name is Maria didnt understand us and besides her customer relations skills are horrible. On top of that manager who is Jennifer was have the same customer relations skills as Maria, which is 0. We have been using TD for more than 5 years and we always suggest our bank to everyone but this branch really SUCKS!

This branch is a joke.They spent over a month denying mine and my wife's loan application only to call 3 months later to tell me I'm pre-approved for the same amount I was applying for earlier. Phone calls take weeks to be returned if anyone bothers to call at all and the employee I dealt with wasted weeks applying for a different type of loan we didn't need. Avoid this branch.

45+ years TD customer with all banking at TD. For mortgage renewal the Iroquois Shore bank rep offered an insulting 2.53% while other banks are posting 2.45% on their websites for the same mortgage. He claimed that is the best offer and refused my request to talk to branch manager. The same day I contacted RBC which gave me 2.35% even before negotiating. Due to all my banking is with TD I went to another TD branch that is closer to home, they immediately gave me 2.25% and contacted head office to request a better rate. At the end I ended up with 2.1%. Compared to other TD branch and other banks TD Iroquois Shore branch fell short in many ways-Ignorant or not in touch with the market (other banks offer lower posted rates on websites)-Not willing to help (other TD branch immediately offered lower rate and contacted head office)-Unwilling to listen (Convinced that he already offered the best rate. NOT!!!)-Road block, turn customers awyIf I had not contacted another TD branch I would have to go thru the trouble of moving all my business to any bank (I was halfway there). Beware when dealing with this branch.

Awesome customer service. Ordered a new credit card and the customer service adviser went above and beyond making sure that my card was working, that I had the correct PIN number and that all of my mailing information was setup properly. Definitely one of the best TD branches I've been to.
