Madylin (Langford showroom) is the best! She is kind, helpful, intuitive and amazingly knowledgable. And if Madylin does not know the answer, she will find out. I would trust Madylin with all kitchen/bathroom questions and needs and encouraging anyone who is looking for help in this area to seek out Madylin!

Super helpful people work here! They pulled a tub out of their warehouse for us to sit in and try out. It was a real PITA for them but they did it with a smile and totally understood that we wanted to try before we buy. They also let us into their display window to try another tub on for size.

Considering the bath, all was good. As for the complete mess that was left behind, not so good. When I got home I found that everything that was promised had not taken place. I was told that there “may be some scaring” . I was also told that the flooring where the tub had been removed would be sealed so to not allow animals in and to not allow fall through by myself. When I called the Salesperson/ Phillip I was told, “ The completion was not done as they had “Gone Over Budget”. I never received a call from anyone regarding this. I called three (3) times to reach a higher level manager to speak with. I left (3) request for a call back and NEVER received one. This company claims to be professional but when something goes wrong, they hide from the customer. I have enclosed photos of “Their” professional way of doing a poor business!! Pictures show the lack of competition as they guarantee!!

Needed a warranty part. Jennifer helped with the manufacturer and it ended up fast and seem less. Jennifer was amazing.

I was provided incorrect information by a sales associate about a product feature (toilet + bidet seat combo). Unfortunately I did not realize the issue (unable to hide water/supply lines in the unit like we were told) until after installation. Splashes stated they would not allow a return of the bidet seat because it had been installed, even though it was unused. They also said they cannot return items 'of that nature'. I could possibly understand this however the toilet they sold us was clearly returned once before! (there were remnants of a wax seal left on the bottom of the toilet). Unclear information, not disclosing they were selling us a returned item (which we paid full price for), and an ambiguous return policy means I won't purchase from them in future.

Caitlin Allen at the Langford location was excellent to work with. She helped us find the perfect vanity for our bathroom. Thank you!

We had great service today at Splashes. The Langford store is bright and inviting. The quality of products and attractive showroom drew us in. Above all that was the great service from Madlyn

Madylin was absolutely amazing! So efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made it very easy to decide what would be best for us. We will be back for sure!
