Their fajitas are pretty good! Would definitely go back! The service was satisfactory although it seemed like they were short staff as our server didn't wipe down the dusty outdoor table that we sat on. Otherwise the food was delicious and I would go back again!

Excellent location! They have great food. I got the chicken fajitas, my absolute favorite from this restaurant. Another great thing is they have Halal chicken!! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service!

The best dining experience I have had in a long time. From the moment we walked in the door to when we walked out! The young girl who greeted us was so friendly and seemed happy to be doing her job. Our server Phoenix was OUTSTANDING. He was patient with my mother as she was having difficulty with ordering. He was attentive and seemed very happy to be doing his job. It's been far too long since we have experienced such outstanding care and service! Now, this feeling was even before our food arrived. Now the food is a whole other thing. The food was excellent. The steak for the fajitas was fantastic, cooked to perfection. It's better than any steak I have ordered at famous steakhouses. It melted in your mouth like butter. The fish tacos we delicious, and the fish had a very light coating that did not take away from the taste of everything else. We were differently surprised at how wonderful our experience was. We will certainly be returning to this location of Texas Lone Star! I wish that other restaurants could use this one as a guideline on how service should be! Phoenix deserves our praise for his service and his happy, helpful attitude. How wonderful dining out would be if all servers were like Phoenix. Thank you very much for making our dinner so wonderful. From the hostess to the cooks. I take my hat off to you all. Thank you again for a wonderful visit to your establishment.

I really like the vibe here, plus the drink menu is fun and tasty! 5 stars for the complimentary and house-made tortilla chips and salsa, which are delicious and really go well with a starter drink. Great idea to keep you munching from when you sit down to when your food arrives!Overall, great cocktails, taps, service, atmosphere, and some tasty food. The Mexican bulldogs and fuzzy peach are great. The fajitas are excellent and well known to be so. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. You can share most entrees. Avoid the burgers though, frozen and dry, but taste like Harvey's.Will continue to be back here. Recommended!

I was really disappointed in what I ordered for take out last night. I ordered two fajita packs and there was not enough food to feed my husband and I. For $70 I expected better. I will not be ordereing or visiting this location again. Message to management: takeout customers deserve the same amount of food than dine ins.

I had my birthday dinner here a few nights ago and it was my first time going to a Lone Star.I ordered the 14oz Boneless Steak with mash potatoes and it had to be one of the best meals I have had in awhile. It melted in my mouth. I’m usually a Keg guy for steaks and this one beat those. My partner had the strip loin and hers was nice a soft and delicious too. My son had the chicken and fries. The chicken was a bit spicy which I thought was odd for a kids meal but the chicken was really good. They were all cooked perfect and out in a timely matter. Hats off to the chefs in the kitchen.The best thing was the experience at this restaurant. The activity sheet they had for the kids/family was great. Lots of games to play. One of the better ones I’ve seen.The waitstaff was on the ball and we’re very friendly from when we walked in the door until we left when 3-4 must of said “thanks for coming hope you enjoyed it”. That was really nice and even my son commented on how friendly everyone was.Overall this was an awesome birthday dinner. They all did a great job. I will for sure be coming back with friends and family and this might be my new favourite spot.

Good Mexican food. Great and fast service. Didn't have to wait to be seated or to order. Our server was lovely and super friendly. I ordered the chicken chimichanga. It was great. Overall, very big portions. Great place for dinner in the area!

We were group of 7 with a kid. We ordered item with kids menu which was priced something in the menu and later when bill / check was generated there was premium added for side and dessert. Also jalapeno relish was charged extra which wasn't mentioned when asked about that.More over the manager on duty was already left so there were no trained staff to help me out.Still giving stars because there was one waiter who was kind to get us some refund ofor the extra premium charged for the kid meal

We were regulars at the Ancaster location. Unfortunately, we will no longer be back. The quality of food has gone down hill to say the least. The portions are tiny for the price tag. Take out is also inedible so literally don't bother ordering it. Tonight, I chipped my front left tooth when I took a bite of my fajita. I understand when eating meat, bone fragments can be present however there shouldn't be bone in a chicken breast. Thank goodness I have dental insurance to fix my tooth but what about people that don't have insurance? I didn't ask for any compensation and paid my entire bill however staff showing complete indifference isn't overly encouraging. No one expects to chip their teeth when eating something that should be considered soft. Perhaps better quality assurance measures need to be in place to prevent this from happening to someone else.

We showed up and had to wait for about 5 minutes before being shown to our tables. Not a good impression to say the least. For my order I requested my steak be medium rare. Unfortunately it was cooked to medium well. The waitress did offer to redo the steak; however, I didn't want to wait for another one. Seasoning and flavours were fine otherwise. The washrooms were utterly disgusting. It had an immediate stench upon entry no thanks to the clogged toilets. Not sure if I'll come back again.
