Ken thank you once again for all of your help with my Sonata. I came to your shop for my winter tires back in the fall and was pleasantly surprised to find out that you do all kinds of other work! The prices are all very reasonable, Labor is well aligned in price and customer service is phenomenal! Well worth the drive from BC to get service on my car! I will be back for any other work needed to be done! Anyone in the Alberta South or close by, Ken at Fast Tire should be your go to guy for service on your vehicles!

Kens Fast Tire Automotive really is fast! He does a great job each time and works hard to keep his customers happy. He did a great job on my tire service and found me durable tires that matched competitor costs. My worn out breaks and rotors were done in record time. I recommend this shop!

Probably the best auto service I've ever had. Ken the owner is very personable and isn't in a rush. Despite spending nearly all day on my car to have it going again, he only charged me 2hrs labour for the actual time spent fixing the primary issue. He also shares his knowledge and fixed a bunch of small problems for no cost. I'd only go here if I lived in Lethbridge!

Went in to restore my headlights. When I got there they told me that I just needed new bulbs (a significantly cheaper option), and even discovered that my air filter box had sucked up a bunch of snow and ice and frozen solid. They cleaned it out for me and resealed it. Very nice guys as well

I got my car tire fixed here! The service was great and stuff was friendly. Definitely come back if I have to fix and change tires.

Work done as quoted and all appears to be done right the first time. The work that I required was to repair a broken gauge on an electronic instrument panel. The stepper motor was replaced, pricing was fair and everything is in good order.

Quick friendly service, even though I know he was extremely busy Ken took time to answer all our questions, ,phone calls and texts. He found us wheels that are the proper fit for our vehicle and tires that meet our driving needs. Ken ordered them in for us (overnight service ) we dropped the vehicle off very early in the morning. He ordered, installed the tires and even managed to throw in an oil change without ever meeting or seeing us in person. Ken was referred to us by one of our clients after we had a bad experience by another company in the past we will definitely be referring him to others.

I was a customer of Ken's Fast Tire in Jan 2015, and was very pleased in the service I received from Ken and his staff. I was in a situation where the part for my 2008 Ford Edge (Transfer Case) was very hard to find. After calling around Ken found the part in Great Falls, Montana.Without hesitation he took time out of his busy schedule, drove to Great Falls, got the part and made sure I had my vehicle back on the road the next day. I was very impressed with how he went out of his way to make me happy. Love the friendly customer service! Got referred from Mike at Castrol and gave me an awesome deal! Was able to get my winter's on in an ideal amount of time! Not pushy with upselling either and love that I was able to have coffee while I wait. The fact that they go above and beyond for their customers is five stars in my books. :)
