I waited for my scheduled appointment for about 15 minutes.Nicole was really nice and kind when drawing my blood, which made me feel much less nervous about the needle.

The actual blood draw is fine. The process of getting to the chair is horrible. You have to make an appointment online. Your appointment time is NOT when you will get blood drawn. It is the time when you will be invited to wait in queue for an hour before having blood drawn. This is not a one-off experience, this is every morning.

Was booked and seen within 30 minutes on a weekday afternoon. Receptionist we talked to was friendly. Pallavi and Sheila were amazing working on my 3 year old who was resisting & crying hysterically. They were proficient, communicated well, worked quickly and made it comfortable for my toddler. Thank you again!!

I had a booked appointment for an ECG and then a holter monitor. The receptionist Lynne insisted that I did not have an ECG booked even though I had the email proof. She was so rude that I didn’t bother to insist on it. The next day I was returning the holter monitor and the same receptionist said she found my ECG appointment from the prior day and that they would just do it when I had the holter taken off. Another staff member took the holter off and said that even though they messed up my appointment from the prior day I would have to wait at least an hour, if not more because they would be “fitting me in”…..Lynne was the one who wrecked my appointment the day before so technically I should be first, I left, will rebook at another location that has some actual customer care. They overbook, the waiting room is packed to standing. Terrible experience.

Very poor experience, do not see you at appointment times. No one lets you know they are running well behind schedule and rude staff.

My wife booked the appointment here on call and she told them about the tests and checkups she was supposed to have. We reached 10 minutes before our appointment time and were told that they won’t do our tests as they are scheduled to close within next 1 hour and our tests will take more than that.This is highly unprofessional on their part. What is the point of giving such appointment time when you will eventually be refusing it.

Staff were friendly, beyond grossed out that you have to request a new tourniquet for getting blood work done. They use the same tourniquet for each patient. This is a health and safety concern. The contamination and exposure for each patient is not acceptable. Doing a invasive procedure and not using fully clean non contaminated tools is mind blowing. I don't know if they do it to save money, but the health and safety concerns of each patient should out weigh the cost and or time to switch each one for each patient.

Super easy to book my appointment, got in quicky and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant! Props to Sabrina for giving me the most painless, easy blood test I've ever had. She was friendly and talked with me the whole time so that I didn't get a chance to be anxious about the needle. I actually left the clinic smiling! Great stuff, thank you.

Hit and miss at this location. Been more of a consistant miss recently.Booked an appointment, arrived 10minute before appointment time. Then I had to cancel it on the spot. Did this 3 times on 3 seperate days before deciding to change to other location.For my every attemps, there was a line up outside the door and was fully packed in the waiting area.With an appointment, there was a 45 minutes to an hour wait.Life labs at this location should not purposely overbook their appointments if they do not have enough staff to handle them.No issues with the nurse's themselves, but the booking/management system needs to be revised.

Packed like sardines in a tin can. Lots of elderly people that have to stand, there’s not even enough space inside to accommodate this many people. Do not go here if you have a compromised immune system!!
