Very compassionate customer service. I have been coming to this circle k for over a year now and just recently one of their courteous employee's reminded me that they had over charged me for a transaction 1 week ago. He had taken the amount I overpaid and applied to my new bill. Very good customer service for remembering customers

Awful customer service. Language barrier was a challenge. He also accused us of providing a fake $100 bill. By far the worst customer experience ever. He embarrassingly held up an entire line of customers to chase us down the street after we paid as he must have 2nd guessed the $100 bill. I have filed a complaint and have yet to hear back from the manager. The police were also called and the bill was proven to be authentic. Awful customer service!!!

Jan 23/17: Walked there from my residence at Queen & Margaret at 5:30 am. to pick up chocolate milk and hopefully bus tickets. Despite there clearly being several plastic cartons full of chocolate milk just in behind the milk fridge rack, the young man explained he could not get at it until a manager came with a key. Just reaching through the fridge with a broom handle to pull forward a carton would have worked easily. Bus tickets are not sold there ... too bad being a 24 hour store, however, that was fine.I kept my frustration to myself as I thought of several scenarios for the former, one being that perhaps the fridge was not stocked properly due to the chocolate milk not being delivered until AFTER a manager or key holder was on duty. But If this is so, how did the milk delivery truck driver get in to drop it off? Also the attendant may have been uncomfortable coming out from behind the counter with just the two of us in the store.Anyway, the attendant was polite and the store appeared well lit and clean.

The guy working at 7 am weekdays is absolutely horrible. As I am handing 2 cans of Monster for him to scan he sneezes into his hands and then proceeds to grab my drinks to scan them. Needless to say I walked out without the drinks.

I love this Store it’s Got all the Best Candy! And the Frosters are Great for mixed Bacardi white Rum, I usually mix up like 5 different flavours and drink half on my way home and then pour a full Mickey in side the huge size of the best in beverage in the area! My only complaint is that theRe is no secure bike Rack in front to lock up a bike while you are enjoying a fun filled night of 10 Min shopping.

The service at this convenient store is the worst of all the city, almost all the employees there have a bad attitude. Tonight the man refused a $33 sale that I tried to pay with a $50 bill, because he “didn’t have enough change in the till, and it’s cold, and winter and there’s nothing he can do, so he can say no”It was quite incredulous to me, considering its 6pm on a Saturday night. A 24 hour store running out of change is unacceptable. I can only assume he HAD the change, and just wanted to give me a hard time, like maaany times before at this store.

Nice and friendly staff and their customer service.Really want to go again as I am happy with their service and stuff they have at the store.

Store over all i give a 5 start.... but the .79 cent drink machine is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...... I went to get ice and i looked in the cup and there was pieces of mold in the cup with the ice. I drop my cup because i was so disgusted, the attendant saw me drop the cup and said whats wrong i said theres mold coming out of the ice machine he says sorry about that. I said you better make sure no one else uses that. He says he was going to put sign up. I said no it needs to be shut off and cleand up and disinfected. I doubt he was going to do any of that... so just a heads up DON'T DRINK FOUNTAIN DRINKS!!!!

I'm writing this review for my father. My dad is a taxi driver with the Waterloo Taxi, and he says this is the only gas station where he will fill his car. As a taxi driver, my father is often on the road, and once in a while, he needs a break from being in the car, which includes needing a washroom break. So you can imagine how difficult finding an available public washroom during the pandemic.This emphasis on essential workers was often talked about (for example, the needs of nurses and firefighters), but leaving Working Drivers like taxi and truck drivers forgotten. All the gas stations across our region rejected my father and many drivers from using their washrooms.These workers from this specific Gas Station welcomed many drivers to use their facility, and it has never been mentioned until now. This simple gratitude is a great example of helping other members who are serving the community.I wonder, would a Gas station reject a police officer as well from using their bathroom during the pandemic?
