I've tried for almost a week to get in touch with a simple question. I filled out an online form, nothing back. I sent an email directly, nothing back. I called during business hours twice on two different days and the machine hung up on me when I selected sales.For such a reputable place, that came highly recommended, I'm a little baffled why I'm being treated like this.

Ordered on line and received it two days later. Package was well prepared for mail travel and oh yes the sales representative was excellent!!! Knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed

Awesome. Ross will look right after ya. Goes above and beyond to get you set up and that your happy. Was up there to get a muzzle break for my Tikka. 300wm brought rifle with me tried it out in parking lot. That didn't fit. So back in told Ross said, here try this one it will work. Tried that one in parking lot and it will work.

They were the only place that had the specific choke I was looking for. Dealt with their customer service who was extremely fast in their responses and very pleasant to deal with. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Twice I ordered reloading items,and twice I had problems with these guys (1st: wrong thing sent, 2nd: overcharged). Now, I just tried to order a cheap $90 air rifle scope and they wanted $50 to ship it. That's gouging customers! I ordered it somewhere else and paid $20 for shipping.

I purchased bear bangers that were expired.The owner was more than helpful and phoned and emailed me to either refund or exchange them.Their customer service doesn’t stop even after the sale, and even bear bangers! Great job!!!!

I have ordered firearms from The Gun Dealer in the past, my most recent purchase was a high end sporting shotgun. The item was a used/demo product and while I was expecting a bit of wear and tear I was disappointed to find a small crack in the forend of my new firearm. I reached out right away via email and was surprised to receive a phone call directly from the owner of The Gun Dealer. Mr. Faulkner was excellent to deal with, he put a plan in place, had a shipping label sent over to me to return the component for assessment and either replacement or repair. Mr. Faulkner listened to my concerns and assured me that they were going to make it right. As a consumer I was blown away at the level of service and the quick response time. I shipped the component out the same day and a little over a week later Mr. Faulkner called me back explaining that the part was repaired, he instructed me to review the part and reach out to him personally if I had an issue with the work. Well the part arrived and I can't believe it is the same component. There is absolutely no indication of any crack or even a repair on the component. A true testament to their gunsmiths and quality of work. The Gun Dealer has earned a customer for life, they went above and beyond in my eyes to make it right and ensure I was a happy customer. I consider myself an avid hunter and shooter and when it comes to customer service I would say that I can be difficult to impress. I can tell you that I was very impressed with this business and the customer service I received when purchasing an autoloading Benelli shotgun. Their pics were high quality which allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted. On the day I ordered the shotgun, I was informed of a flash sale that was coming up the following day. Such a sale would end up saving me hundreds of dollars. They honored the sale 1 day early to ensure that I received the exact shotgun that I wanted. I always had a good service with this store until lately. I recently ordered shotgun ammo for about 2k$, they shipped me a wrong product that i havent orederd for 700$ worth of ammo. Called them and sent email but they refused to fix their mistake.Before you order ammo online from them, beware. Dont expect any help from them if they ship you the wrong item.
