The Hunt House Fine Jewellery

I have been using The Hunt House for years. Their customer service is excellent. Their products are beautiful and high quality. Whenever I need a repair, it’s fairly priced and we’ll done. They are a great group of people. Thanks for always being so helpful!

Brought my wife's watch in to be fixed fairly inexpensive. Watch broke again a few months later. The watch shouldn't of broke after being fixed properly. I live out of town so it's not easy for me to return. I expected the watch to be fixed right the first time

Over priced, my watch battery costed $68.00 worked for a year and quit. Weren't friendly, not giving my business to them again.

Mr. McMurray, your comment is indeed incorrect. Why would anyone be annoyed at a price that was agreed upon? I will refresh your memory. I too have the claim check and you are correct there is an amount written on the claim check for the initial repair I asked for, however, after receiving the claim check I went back in your store to also ask you to make the ring smaller. I asked you at that time how much more that would be and YOU said not much more, I actually asked you twice and both times you said it won't be much more. There was no changes to my claim check and you didn't give me a new one, this was a verbal conversation. When we went to pick up the ring the bill was more than double the amount on the claim check, that wasn't a little more!! When asked why it was so much you said, that's the flat rate, SO why wasn't I told of that flat rate when I asked you? The money would not have been an issue, it's how you mislead me as a customer. There is no need to respond to this review Mr. McMurray I just wanted to set the record straight and to let future customers learn from my mistake and get everything in writing.

Excellent customer service! Brandon went above and beyond in resizing and resurrecting my wedding rings and went out of his way to have them back to me at my convenience. I highly recommend The Hunt House!

Not very helpful when asking for products that would be typical for a jewellery store to have on hand. Their phone customer service is one to be admired.

Hunt house and Brandon are not your average jewelry store. It all started with a couple purchases. One for Christmas and one just because. Brandon went above and beyond to assist us in the redesign of my Nana’s ring into a spectacular pendant, I now wear daily, which led to a perfect 20 year wedding ring redesign. Loved his work so much, had him create a couple designed to make new fun pieces from jewelry that sat in a drawer. His art got that jewellery out of my drawer and back into wearing them in a new way. Service, patients and redesign were all top notch. Highly recommend this sweet little spot for amazing work. Quality and service. I look forward to this being my jewelry go to.
