Amazing prices! They’re closer to me than BC liquor so I go here for my beer. I get the Cariboo Malt, an amazing value. The staff are great too, I’ve never had a negative experience with them :)

As other patron reviews have stated, the prices are great.My beer was off but the server pointed at another guy and said he's drinking it and he's not complaining". So I made due.My meal was alright but clearly I should have known better than to order a salad at this place.It's an ok place to go for some karaoke and down home pub food if you are in S. Delta.Service was okay it was obvious you get better service if you are a regular. While that could be true anywhere it also makes sense to treat new patrons with a solid degree of service with the hopes that they will return. I will most certainly return if my vehicle breaks down nearby or if I need to void a parasite."

I love this place.Cheap food and drinks. This place is a about value. The menu has good range of items and everything is priced really well. Its a throw back to the 70's but that is its charm!They often have incredible specials that are amazing.I had the $5 breakfast that was really good:3 eggs3 bacon3 sausagetoasthas browns

Food is great, drinks are fine, cleanliness is ok but the decor is extremely dated. Is not remotely disability accessible, if you have mobility issues, it is not really set up well to help you get around.They have daily food specials which are superbly priced. Plus an awesome Sat & Sun 9-pack breakfast deal for $4.95 that consists of 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausage, hash browns and toast.

This pub is a little on the seedy side, but the food is well priced & the beer tastes the same as all other places. I was there for an 'event', about 30 people, and it went very well & they were accommodating. This is the 2nd time I was there, same impression both times.

The Sundance Pub has had a reputation as a dive bar since I was a kid, and maybe it is. The last few times I have been there the staff has been friendly. The prices have been reasonable. The bathrooms have been clean. The karaoke host was welcoming, helpful, and has an extensive collection of songs. I have not seen any excessive drunkenness or rowdy behaviour from the customers. Maybe I'm just going on the wrong night, LOL!

Pretty disappointed with this motel. Being that it is now the only motel in Ladner I guess they can get away with the huge raise in price for accommodation. The rooms are extremely outdated. The beds are very uncomfortable and if you're looking for a nice relaxing place to sleep in- don't go here because the blinds are lacking. Every time I have been here there is drug paraphernalia left behind in the drawers. I went for a shower on my last stay and there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner provided!! I called the front desk and no answer, how inconvenient. The price needs to be decreased by about $50 / per night. I paid $135 / night!!! Crazy. I do have to say though the food has always been great and a decent price!

We paid $125 for a room that smelled very bad (mix of old carpet, urine and cigarette smell) with a couch that had a hole the size of a coffee mug in it. The mattress was not comfortable. There was also a cluster of different kind of material outside. The price is at least 5 times too expensive for what this place is.

The sundance is a true blue pub, a gem if you appreciate community and a beer. I have been comming here for years and I can honestly say it is the best pub in the world.
