Selection of delicious ready-made meals that you bake from frozen. Also sells pâté, chickpea tempeh, brownies and cookies. Little or no oil is used. Sweetness only from coconut sugar or maple syrup. Toona casserole, lasagna, lentil loaf, butternut squash cannelloni, yam-bean burger with local dark beer barbecue sauce and more. Eco-friendly packaging. Products available at 9 locations, besides the small shop on Enterprise Way. Can pre-order then pick up.

I recommend to go stock your freezer! What a delight and delicious place. Great food, quality ingredients and local. Fudge brownies are a dream.

I purchased several products because we were having vegans over for dinner. My husband and I are not vegans but we have dairy allergies so vegan is a safe bet. The products were all tasty and we will definitely be going back to pick up more items at Planty of Nosh. The owner is helpful and very knowledgeable. Good luck as you expand.
