TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Won't be back to this location. Customer service is poor at best. You need to book an appointment to literally do anything at a TD bank. Their hours of service are very hard to accommodate with 2 young children. I waited weeks for an appointment to add my spouse to an existing account (after already waiting weeks to open one at all in the first place). Went in today after a license change as I just moved back to AB. The woman I was booked with was Sakshi and I went in with my husband and two children. She refused to accept my Government Photo ID because it didn't match what I brought in previously and I didn't have my old BC license she had on file. Obviously the picture of me on this government ID couldn't possibly be the same person and she wouldn't even verify my own identity.Will never be back to this location for absolutely anything.2.6 star rating is absolutely accurate for this place.

Not this specific location but TD in general twice in 3 months my direct deposit was not in my account. This is ridiculous when bill payments are coming out. Sad when you can't trust TD Canada TRUST

Yesterday morning I was there for some banking needs. The teller who assisted me was very knowledgeable. His name was Jason.But I would like to appreciate the teller who was next to Jason (his name starts with K, I wasn’t able to catch his name) He assisted couple elderly people during my visit and his approach was exceptionally good, He was calm and polite towards those seniors who had some language barrier. We need such people in community.Thank you so much for such an awesome service.

The five stars are for Mandeep the morgatage specialist and Mandeep only. Everybody ( I'm talking 10+people ) completely dropped the ball but her. Mandeep totally came in and literally saved the day. She was amazing and we are so grateful. I could not reccomend her more.

Terrible customer service, Financial Planners couldn't book a single apportionment, made us wait in line to get one of the tellers to book an appointment! A simple 2 mins took us over 20 mins to accomplish. Highly unsatisfactory and not very comfortable TD!

I Likely Most of this Bank. It's not only TD Canada Trust Bank, but mostly all Banks. They're uses our moneny, they will decided how many we use in one Transition, they will decided how many we windrow money, Every things they will decided, So why they will charges for paper bill and keep our record Fee's. All ready they will charged Monthly Fee's So why they will charges other charges. I am the not only one customer, there is a thousands of customers.I given my own opinion, I don't know about others. I hope they will thinking about this matters. And at ending I say that, if some where I mistake in righting, so please I apology for that because English is my second lengwage. THANKS.

Absolutely waiting your time to come this branch,tellers don’t respect your time,rudeness ,unprofessional even terrible speaking attitude.

I went to get a new access card because I lost my current one. Teller was Ahmad and he was very helpful. He reviewed my ID provided but noticed serial numbers didn't match (for some unknown reason TD has a different serial number then my ID actually has). No big deal, Ahmad just asked 3 security questions and then I received my new access card promptly. I was done in under 5 minutes. Very happy with the fast and prompt service from Ahmad.
