Fantastic crew on Saturday the day before Christmas. The 3 people working the front were awesome they were super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and worked as a team. And all smiles too. Please make sure this review gets to them. They deserve the recognition!

Very cool party store. Lots of items for every event. Steady flow of customers that seem happy. It was enjoyable to stroll through and see. Prices seemed fair, nothing crazy. Staff were friendly and they sell a lot of balloons!Easy parking for free. There really had a huge selection of party items for your needs. I was impressed!

I don't like leaving negative reviews however people should know wait time on Saturday for 4 balloons is 2 hours. I had to walk away and wish I knew this before driving to the store and spending 15 min picking ballons. Staff was really helpful while I picked but I wish I did not waste her time too.

Great place to grab party decorations for children's themed birthday parties

Went with my daughter for her to choose her birthday balloons and paid for them for pick up in a few days. Day of the birthday I go pick up and they had convinced me on buying a balloon bag to contain them in my car so I didn’t see the actual balloons until set up. So. i start setting up in the birthday room (only have a hour in) and realized I got not even $30 worth of the $100 in balloons I bought. Call them and despite the fact they advertise they deliver they say there’s nothing they can do other then give me a refund or me come get them. I try and go get them since well the mermaid theme party looks incredibly pathetic. Get stuck in rush hour and decided I wouldn’t make it and barely made it back to the party in time for when the kids could enter the room. My daughter was beyond upset. So afterwards I go to get my refund and the cashier acted as if he didn’t want to give me a refund. Despite there being a note on my missing balloons behind him and me calling three times within the two hours prior he questioned and questioned. The exact time I called, why I didn’t get the balloons, who I spoke to etc and just poor customer service when there was literally a note right on the balloons about me coming for my refund. I’ll never ever order balloons from here again. There was ZERO accommodation and ZERO effort to make up for their huge F^ck up!

How have I never been here before??!! Love it! So many choices and reasonable prices. We got costumes last minute to be the characters from the Clue Game. The staff were polite and helpful!

Store is jam-packed with supplies, costume gear and candy. Well organized and the employees working were very helpful. Picked up a balloon animal kit with pump and my daughter loves it. Our house is now overrun with balloon mice :3

Really awesome place! Really good prices compared with dollarama or those stores with party things! Highly recommended!

Yesterday, I ordered a helium balloon for a birthday party at 4:28pm. The cashier told me there would be a 45-minute wait and that I would need to pick it up at 5:10pm. It was busy at the store yesterday, so I understood the wait and proceeded to place an order. I then left to do some errands. While doing my errands, I called the organizer of the birthday party and told them there would be a 45-minute wait for the helium balloon. They told me to cancel the order since the wait was too long. I called Party City at 4:50pm to cancel the order, which was 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. Whoever I was talking to on the phone said that I could receive a refund since I cancelled my order on time. Awesome.Today, I went to the store, and this is where it all went downhill. The Floor Supervisor/Manager completely gaslighted the situation and told me I couldn't get a refund because someone had already blown up the balloon! I told her I wasn't aware of that, and an employee on the phone said I could get a refund since I cancelled my order on time. Then the Supervisor said, Well
