went to order a $10 part that is super easy to fix. they wanted to charge me nearly $70 dollars for it, claiming it would cost that much for shipping, taxes, and labour. i told them i just wanted the part so i could do it myself. they said they can't do that. i went home and ordered the part online, after tax it came to $10.50 and had free shipping. it litterally took me 1 minute to replace the part myself

I wouldn't even give one star! Took my S22 to get screen fixed. They returned to me with front facing camera not working. I called them to ask maybe they didn't reconnect it. I was told they know how to fix phones. I took the phone to an authorized Samsung repair who sais they had not connected the camera back, but they also sealed my phone with scotch tape and had not put it together properly. I will be contacting better business bureau. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DEVICE.

Price was fair to replace screen for my iPad Mini, however upon taking it home I noticed two small issues.My case was now locking the screen from behind, meaning while holding the device it has a tendency to shut off from the slightest movement of the hand holding it. Quick googling shows this is likely an issue with a sensor by the home button.Secondly, there is now a single row of pixels that is off colour when displaying text or transitioning from black to white. It is barely perceptible unless you’re reading a lot on it (I do) or looking very closely. It’s a very minor issue, but frustrating when you spend $250 to end up with a screen that is defective.Upon taking it to the store to see if it could be fixed I was told the issue with the screen locking was because “the magnets must have shifted during the fall that broke the screen” and that they couldn’t repair it. Again, repair forums lay out exactly what the problem is, I simply don’t have the tools or expertise to do it myself.Regarding the pixel issue on the screen, I was told that they couldn’t see the issue at first, and it took me nearly twenty minutes of showing examples of it until the begrudgingly admitted there was an issue with the display, but, as they would have to return it to the supplier, and the supplier may not be able to replicate the issue, they couldn’t cover it with warranty.In the end, they were kind enough to refund me the labour cost, bringing the cost down to $180, which eased the sting a little, but still leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. If you can find someone else, I would recommend going there, and if you have no other option, make sure you give your device an incredibly thorough check before you pay for the work, as they clearly feel they have little need to make sure customers are satisfied once they have their money.

Always a great place to go for repair. My broken Samsung phone become like brand new after repair.

Went there to get a phone fixed. Received the phone about an hour later with the screen off, centered, and not properly secured. A couple days later the screen was damaged again from the same issue I originally went for. They were reluctant to replace it because they dont replace physical damage even though it should have been “fixed”. The phone speaker was also damaged by them.

I had a great experience taking my S9+phone here for a screen replacement. They had it fixed in hour!Professional and fixed the phone for a great price.Thumbs up from me.

If you want your phone screen repaired and to work right again...dont go here. I have brought my phone here a few times and all the times it has turned out the same..screen not working the way it was before i took it there

Had a good experience fixing my Samsung s21+ black screen of death. Reasonable pricing compared to others around the area. Would go here again to fix my phone. It was done within an hour.
