An absolute pleasure to work with.I had a flat tire on a Friday night just before four p.m. Thanks to friends helping me to change it, they did most of the work, we managed to install the donut.Alas, now what? It's 4.30 on a Friday evening and it's going to be cold on Saturday, minus double digits, cold.Friends called Firestone on my behalf. Firestone crew asked when I'd arrive. Ten minutes away my friends said. I took the vehicle in. Dana and his crew had me fixed up and gone by five at NO CHARGE!!!Now that's service!!!

I had a tire blow out on me just outside of Medicine Hat. The guys at fountain tire got me a spare for really cheap, got me into the shop right away and let me borrow there shop van to go grab a bite we’ll they were working on it. Really great crew of guys. Highly suggest.

Fountain tire has truly impressed me. I was on a hunting trip in Milk River and experienced a catastrophic tire failure. Fountain tire not only had the tire I needed to match what was on the truck(rare), they also swapped everything out in minutes so I could get back to the field. It's important to note that their competitors were lacking empathy, and also quoted three days to get the matched tire. This hunt was 12 years for me waiting for the draw. To say that time spent waiting for a repair was not ideal is an understatement. Don't know what I would have done if Fountain tire didn't come to the rescue. The customer service alone went above and beyond in ways that can't be overstated. Outstanding customer service and speed. Had all seasons put on to replace my winter tires. Options were explained in a understandable way and the job was done the same day. Fantastic tire shop.
