Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

My first time coming to this Tip Top location has been an absolute pleasure! My family had walked in looking for a variety of suits for an upcoming wedding and Gazi helped us find what we were looking for, being a couple suits, shirts, and ties within about an hour. Gazi is a very nice and easygoing person, but above all else, he’s a knowledgeable and helpful guy who made suit shopping easy!

This place has become my default whenever I need something new. The quality is fantatsic and Gazi is always super helpful. I would recomend all guys swing by and say hello to Gazi. You'll probably walk out of there with something you like.

Unfortunately I have been helped by the rudest and most abrasive worker at Tip Top. I came in to pick up a suit for my father which was described as a light grey suit. And upon handing me the suit, he said it’s actually not light grey, it’s charcoal. Communication with this older gentleman was intimidating and he definitely demonstrated his power trip. His customer service and attitude was difficult to work with. Thankfully My father and I had great service from the younger salesman and ladies at the alterations at the previous week. It is very unlikely I will return if that older man is working on the floor.

My girlfriend and I came here looking for a 2 piece suit for a work event but I knew little to nothing about what to get. I was greeted by Gazi shortly after entering the store. I told him what I had in mind and he made it all a reality. He took my measurements in seconds and he brought out a whole outfit that fits me perfectly, not to mention a colour that I never thought I would wear and look great in.Gazi was super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. Honestly made me feel like I was family. I was hesitant and nervous about getting properly fitted, but Gazi put all my worries at ease.My whole outfit was super comfortable for being a gym goer that have a hard time finding that perfect fit. The material of the suit was stretchy yet still look slim fitting and kept my body cool while moving around, which honestly still surprises me to this day and on top of that the price was very affordable. I walked out with a James Bond suit as Gazi put it, a dress shirt and tie.I will 100% come back here for my future suits. Thank you so much Gazi!

I had a very positive and flawless experience shopping for a new suit.Gazi took my measures very accurately and offered his experience with fabrics and suits.In a short time I walked out with a brand new suit that looks great and fits like a glove!Thank you Gazi!

Bought a suit from (the manager?) and paid the alteration fee to get the pants altered for a wedding the next weekend. Picked it up and I guess it wasn’t even sent in for alteration! The pin was still on the bottom of the pants!! The chalk mark was still on one of the pant legs! Had to go to the wedding with an ill fitting suit that costed hundreds.Waste of time and money.

No customer service. I needed help as I was unfamiliar with the store and needed help as it was for a big event I was going to. I asked for an employee, and Juan was his name. Juan wasn’t even paying attention to what I was asking and didn’t seem interested on what I was there for. Juan was more focused on pleasing his co-workers about him bringing something. Juan actually advised me to go Moore’s Clothing store. It was my first time shopping there and I won’t even think about going back. To add to that, a group of ladies went to the store and Juan actually greeted them with excitement…They just browsed hurriedly. I don’t recommend this place, I would rather go to Moore’s.

We live an hour and half away from a tip top store so I usually shop online. In March, on my son's birthday we drove to the store to shop for the perfect suit for his prom. James, assisted us in finding a wonderful suit and also the shirt, tie and pocket square to accent it perfectly. Unfortunately, when my son tried on his suit in May we found that he had grown and the suit no longer fit correctly. We made our way back to the store where luckily James was able to help us again and get the changes made so the suit was again perfect. He even remembered us from our first visit! Thank you James for making our in store experience great!

I went in to get a suit for an upcoming wedding and I had no idea what color I wanted to wear. Gazi, knew exactly what color I needed and how to match everything perfectly. His professionalism, humor, and styling made an experience I would normally dread a fantastic one. I will definitely be recommending business there to others as well as getting future suits from there.

My husband and I were window shopping and had no intention to buy anything today, however, the kindest welcome from Gazi made us change our minds. He is extremely polite, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a very proactive man. He helped us find two amazing fitting suits and gave advice on everything a customer can ask for. Exceptional customer service!Totally different from our other not so great experiences at other locations.
