Love the gym and the staff, But closing at 10pm is a little unreasonable. I got the membership for the 24-hour convenience, and I will continue to go on your schedule, I just feel I’m not the only one disappointed about that. Otherwise great work!

Nice gym, doesn't have everything you may typically expect for experienced gym goer, how ever not to busy at a decent price. This location is very clean and well managed! Recommend for anyone.

I have been going to Planet Fitness in Welland for a week, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The gym has exceeded my expectations in every way. When I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and clean, well-maintained facilities.One thing I appreciate about Planet Fitness in Welland is the ample parking space available. It’s a relief to know that I won’t have to circle for ages to find a spot. Additionally, even during the busiest times, I’ve never had trouble finding a machine or equipment. The variety of machines and equipment they have ensures that everyone can have a productive workout session.Overall, Planet Fitness in Welland is the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals. The atmosphere is motivating, the facilities are excellent, and the staff is always ready to assist you. I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a convenient and practical fitness experience. I'd give a better rating but seeing as they are no longer 24 hours it's not ideal. Staff is friendly. Fairly clean. Nice equipment. I will be looking for another gym due to the hours changed. A 1 week notice seemed a bit short notice. A 5-10pm gym. Other than that I liked this place.

Canceled my membership due to being singled out in what is called a “judgement” free zone. Staff is a joke, I was approached by a staff member accusing me of grunting during my leg press set. He sounded this LUNK alarm trying to flex on me. He told me if I grunted again I would be asked to leave. The VIP area is unsanitary, sandals are a must. I would not recommend this gym. Also if you like using the bench press machine be prepared to wait, they have core group members doing barbell hip thrust sets around the clock, occupying the machines longer than usual. On top of all that, they have temporary out of order signs on machines that work perfectly fine. Staff is inept. The owners target market are teenagers who seem to pile in and huddle around one machine taking selfies doing absolutely nothing. If you want to push yourself find another gym. Such an oxymoron calling it a “Judgement” free zone.
