My Uncle and I have been to Crystal Lodge several times under the old ownership. There's a new owner. First they insisted upon purchasing all water supplies as their plan would be there and it's easy and convenient for them to get it. Then they charged 6x the price of water once arriving. No prices in advance made it feel like a money trap. We easily could have brought our own water, (they insisted it would travel better in their other plane) we don't drink beer and would have had lots of weight in the plane we were taking.To make matters worse, my Uncle who is 75 and might need help in an emergency (such as a tipped over boat) was denied a guide. We arranged a guide via email and was promised each day there we would have one. The only guide there got tired" and wanted to go home to his family after one day of fishing. The owner said that he would personally guide us
