CARE PLUS CLINIC

I met Dr. Warawa approximately about 1 year ago as I required a new family doctor. Every encounter I've had with him since has been a good experience. He listens to my concerns and provides pros and cons in taking certain prescription medication. If I seem reluctant to take meds as I never had to take regular meds in the past he provides alternative lifestyle suggestions and refers to other health providers as required. At my follow up appointments he will review my blood tests and other test to determine if I've made progress in my lifestyle changes to improve my health. Definitely recommend him as a physician.

I've been to two doctors now at Care Medical. Dr Roettger was attentive, thorough and seemed genuinely concerned for my health. Five stars.Dr Warawa was a completely opposite experience. He actually shrugged when I stated my concerns regarding my injury, was disinterested from the start and asked what do you want from me"; I have never felt so brushed off by a doctor in my life.I left the clinic frustrated and in tears. 0 stars."

If there is 0 rating for the clinic, I absolutely will choose more accurate level for the service! Clinic should be open at 10 a.m. on Saturday, but I was told the only doctor will not show up until 10:30 a m. Or even more late if you don't have an appointment! Clear sign on the door says Walk In! Finally at 10:30 am, the receptionist asked symptoms, when the lady heard cough"

If you’re looking for a walk in option there are likely hundreds of better people to deal with than Dr. Wyatt Warawa. I found his attitude very off-putting, not to mention he seemed rushed while talking to me as if he had other patients on the go. A 45 minute wait in the waiting room led to a 5 minute meeting with the Dr with absolutely nothing solved. He circled a number and told me to call them. Wouldn’t recommend this man for any medical issues. Take your valuable time and effort elsewhere.

Made an appointment, and received an email a few days prior to my appointment that I had to confirm my appointment(that I just made) or else it would be cancelled (by them) and I would be charged a no show fee. For them Preemptively cancelling my appointment three days prior because they THOUGHT i might be a no show. How can you do this and not expect backlash? Furthermore they relayed this information to me via email, not a phone even just an email that went to my junk that I luckily saw. If I had not seen this I would have shown up for my scheduled appointment that I made and had every intention of showing up for only to be told it had been cancelled ( by them) and that I now owe them a fee because THEY THOUGHT I might not show up. It’s one thing to ask people to confirm their appointment as a friendly reminder but another to cancel their appointment because they didn’t confirm the appointment via email ( this would be difficult to do if you didn’t see this email or were not in service say… camping ?)I will be on the hunt for a new doctors office after receiving this email because that is not an ok policy with me.

I don't normally leave negative reviews for anyone, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with Dr. Wyatt Warawa. He did not even have the decency to properly introduce himself, nor did he make any effort to get to know me whatsoever. The entire visit lasted approximately 1-2 mins. I have never been to a doctor with such a terrible personality, and I would not recommend him to anyone. I can't imagine having him as my family doctor. You would be better off going on WebMD than seeing Warawa.

Would give no stars if I could. I walked into the completely empty clinic and the receptionist asked me if I had an appointment. I said that I did not and despite the clinic being advertised as a “walk-in” clinic and there being no other people in the waiting area, she said that they were done with walk-ins for the day, and they only had them in the morning even though it was a minute after noon. This is completely frustrating and disappointing.

I book a appointment online with care plus, since I couldn't get an appt with my family doctor. I was greeted with a warm welcome and professionally. I didn't wait long but it wasn't busy at all. I went to see Dr. Warawa and he was so nice and welcoming. Thank you so seeing me at short notice!

Dr. Roettger has been my doctor for 9 years and he has helped me address a number of sports-related injuries. He listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain his thoughts and treatment options. He refers to other professionals and services when needed and explains how they will help (or not). Highly recommend for personal or family medicine.Staff at the Care Plus are fantastic and the pharmacists care about their customers.
