Went into the store to return an item and was asked for my name, address, phone number, email address and month of birth. I thought it was strange because I had returned items before without providing all that information.. turns out that the rep signed me up to their rewards program without my acknowledgement! Very unethical!!

Had a quick and effective visit to this store to buy comfy loungwear/casual/sleep clothes for the girlfriend. A worker named Eva helped me without hesitation. Helped me pick out the perfect set of clothes and sent me on my way. 5 stars for Eva.

IN-STORE PICK UP REVIEWI pick up my online purchases from this location (free shipping) and it’s usually ready for pick up faster than the date mentioned on the website. I go to the cashier and show them the “ready for pick up” email notification with the 4 digit pick up code as well as the full name of the “pick up person”(bottom of the email), the cashier walkies the person in the back and someone comes with a bag full of your items within 2 mins and hands you the bag (that’s it, you may walk away). Hope that helps girlies with anxiety! The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and always ready to help!

The young lady who helped in the dressing room was AMAZING! I can’t remember her name but she went above and beyond. She recommended items and kind of helped us shop. She was honest but super kind about our fits and was so so positive.If I remembered her name I would say she deserves a raise or a bonus!

I recently stopped at this location for a shopping day with my mother, and I can't stress enough how amazing the customer service is here. Jacob took care of us from start to finish. He spent a good hour with us in the fitting room and was so kind enough to bring a chair out for my mother to sit on as she waited for me to try on all my clothes. Being constantly checked on and asking my opinions on clothing choices was amazing. Felt as if I had my own stylist with me. Make sure to ask for him if you're going in! I will for sure be returning here in the future.

I have the worst experience in this store. I returned my husband’s top because was a hole in it where American eagle is. I didn’t have receipt, but the purchase was on my file. I bought it for 39.99 plus tax and he gave me a gift card for $16. There is also an other incident today when I returned a pair of pant which I bought in cash a week ago and he wanted to returned in gift card. When I told him that this is the last time that you will see me in store and I will write an review for you then he returned my money back. The worst experience ever.There is no good loosing a customer.

The staff at this location are amazing! First time trying on clothes since I had a baby 3.5 months ago, they went above and beyond to help me find the right fit of pants, sizing and styles I liked. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Hands down the best shopping experience I've had. They even accomodated me with a larger change room so my stroller would fit. I left happy and feeling very good about myself.
