Great experience with TCB had some trouble hooking up they helped out even tho they are busy, also my lights weren't working so they ran a diagnostic and it turns out my truck was the issue. Friendly service people. Thank you.

I absolutely cannot do them justice with words. Even though they specialize in trailers, an employee helped me when my vehicle broke down on the side of the road. Not only did they stay with me until a tow truck could come, they opened up their shop yard so my vehicle could be stored.They did me a gigantic favour and made the repairs for an incredibly fair price.I am amazed at the kindness I was shown. I HIGHLY recommend using their services - it's so apparent that they care about what they do and not only do they care for their customers, but also for the general public.Wow.

If you spend the extra money to do a greaseless system for a 5th wheel trailer do NOT go here. They did a fine job on the bearings for my trailer but now I have grease and gunk all over the brand new hitch and greaseless disc for the pin. I went out of my way to avoid the greasy mess only to pick up my trailer covered in it. Not a happy customer or a return customer.

Just wanted to give Marty and his crew high kudos for their operation. When everyone in the company is positive and engaged you can tell the leadership is strong and this company exemplifies this. From when I called to when I left after they did work on my trailer, I received very courteous and professional service. 100% trustworthy and also very kind and courteous.

They fixed our trailer super quickly and their customer service can't be beat. Family owned/run which you can definitely see and feel. They are efficient and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them.

In the middle of a 3500 trip, heard some noises coming from axels and dropped in to have it checked. They squeezed me in and did a very professional inspection and service. Very good folks. Feel way more confident to carry on. A million thx to them.

This crew of mechanics and front end staff are awesome. Personally my fleet of six buses have now been with them for 2 yearsNever have I had an issue with DOT or any other law enforcement. They leave you knowing it's done right! Personally I recommend them 10 out of 10

WE BRING OUR TRAILERS TO THEM FOR ALL REPAIRS. NEVER ONCE DID WE EVER HAVE AN ISSUE. GREAT SERVICE AND NO HIDDEN COSTS LIKE MOST PLACES OUT THERE. I WILL ALWAYS BRING MY TRAILERS AND TRUCKS TO SEE MARTY AND HIS STAFF. TOP NOTCH CREW.

I can't say enough good things. On the evening before we were to take our trailer on a holiday trip, I discovered that one of the welds that held the back bumper to the frame was giving way. When I called TCB at 7 the next morning, Christine said of course they could weld it for me. I took it in before 8, and Kody got on it right away. I was home and ready to hit the road by 9:30. The folks there are friendly, accommodating and efficient. Highly recommended.
