Worst RBC branch I've ever been to in 30 years. Consistently the weight is unacceptably long, and it is combined with staff who really don't seem to care about it.

The advisors there do not know how to increase and/or apply for a new student credit line with a co-signer. This is one of the most basic operations one can ask for from a bank.Horrible overall service.

Terrible bank! RBC has invested more than $260 billion in fossil fuels since the Paris Agreement, as well as an investment of $10 billion in new fossil fuel infrastructure for the year 2022 alone.Withdraw your money as quickly as you can. I for one don't want to fund the climate crisis.

RBC come on you can do better with who you hire Marina (working Wednesday December 14 at 3:30pm) treated me with such disrespect and attitude. She continuously rolled her eyes and made feel like I wasn’t worth her time just so she can go back to her phone. The most unprofessional experience. Please train your staff to have basic decency.

Remarkably poor service as long as your not wealthy.I have spent several long hours in this bank, plenty to see the mix interactions between the tellers and clients. It would appear if you are wealthy you get super friendly amazing help. And from the same teller someone such as myself is told I cannot be helped with a standard service they say they provide clearly on their website. After 4 grueling hours both in the branch and on the phone, This branch was not able to propourly deposit a check. Makes me rather concerned as to what other standard bank practices that are happy to fail at maintaining. I strongly urge people to consider a different branch to avoid spending 4 hours trying to deposit a check helped by people who know their service is so poor they refuse to wear their name tags.

I have mostly a complaint towards the personalized data that is shown on the system at RBC. There is no way of identifying what came out of your accounts or transfer that were made. Example when you pay a bill it doesn't show which bill you paid just showed the amount withdrawn. There should be more of that in the future. That was my biggest concern when switching. Other wise everything else up to now is fine.

I agree with the previous person about Marina. I've been a customer of the Royal Bank for over 30 years and will wait much longer for another teller even if Marina is free. Most of the tellers, who are great, go out of their way if there's a problem, while Marina only exacerbates things. Much worse, though, is the bank's telephone service, which I occasionally have to use. The wait times are unacceptably long, much worse than other major companies. They also play ads for the bank's services EVERY 30 SECONDS! Even at low volume, they're loud. I've complained to supervisors about this, but nothing changes. The bank is disrespectful to its phone customers, who sometimes have no alternative.

Been with RBC for 22 years and I have to say this is the worst branch I've visited.

Courteous service, efficient, and pleasant enough. Some confusion at times and a need to make a couple of phone calls to clear things up, and they do not offer 24 hour access to their ATM's, but these minor inconveniences are small potatoes compared to the hoops that my former bank made me jump through in order to complete the simplest of tasks. I'm happy with my decision to switch over to RBC.
