Ordered a motor on a Friday that was in stock in Burnaby for pickup in Langley. They said it would be in Monday evening or Tuesday but to pick it up on Wednesday to be safe. My customer had they’re laboratory down and I needed the motor ASAP.I went to pickup the motor on Wednesday and they said it hadn’t even been shipped from Burnaby yet because they were “busy” and had “new staff” that were still in training.I said fine I’ll go pick it up in Burnaby. I was then told the motor needs to be programmed and that nobody in Burnaby knew how because they were all new.I was forced to drive to Burnaby to pick it up then drive back to Langley to get it programmed… this is just ridiculous. It seems that the front door should say Carrier and not Masters… I guess they’re both just as useless…Who’s gonna pay for your time when they mess up YOUR order ???
