Had was I was looking for. Good service.

My husband and I have rented several peices of equipment from this store and every other time I would have rated it 5 star. Renting tools is great! This time i was not pleased at all. We rented a bomag tamping machine to pack down our back yard after doing culvert work with a backhoe. The tamper did not work the way it was supposed to at all. Once we got it on the yard it needed dragged with all my might back and forth across our relatively flat yard (3-4 percent grade) i gave up withun minutes. My husband works with one of these machines, and i have operated them before. They arent supposed to require 200 lbs of force behind them to get them to move. U got 0% of the work i was hoping to get done with machine done. I returned it to the store a few days later ( i had it rented for the long weekend. I would have returned it much earlier) and told the man at the desk it didnt work properly. He said they would fire it up and try it. I asked if they had any kind of grade for it to climb, he replied it was not designed to work on hills..... (not even a drainage grade??) So they started it up and informed me it worked 100% i disagreed and he kindly didnt charge me for the machine. All of this was fine. Whatever. Except as i was turning to leave he muttered to me. You and i both know that machine works perfectly and you got the job done for free". I left. Did not even reply. Machine has a full tank which it didnt have when we rented it. Thanks for not charging me

Good place to rent equipment for your DIY projects at reasonable rates.

I have dealt with 2 people regarding rental equipment and both people I have spoken to at Reliable Rentals have been condescending and unhelpful. I try to support local businesses but the unprofessional behaviour I have experienced from their staff - 0/5 I would not recommend to others and will not be dealing with this business again in the future.

Great people and awesome prices. They literally have everything here! Highly reccomend!

Fair price for the equipment quality. I rented a tow boom but had to spend half the day fixing it so I could operate it. But in all still got the job done. I'll probably rent again, but I'll make sure to check the equipment very carefully next time.

Great prices. Polite staff. Great prices. If you have a question you can call them and they answer right away and are knowledgeable. Will definitely return for all my tool and equipment rentals.
