Great/Friendly service . Good clothing for good prices!

I purchased a dress online and needed a refund. I returned it to the store and was not refunded the whole amount. I was told, I have to call customer service to receive my entire refund as it cannot be done through the store". I also asked if I could order another size up

Staff are always friendly and helpful and ensure that you are aware of sales. Never found them to be pushy with sales like you find with many stores. Selection of clothing is good and the store is always clean whenever I attend.

I usually get good service at this Reitmans but today was an exception. I had to search out a sales associate to ask if I could go ahead and try on the clothing I had chosen. I indicated to the same associate that I liked the capris but needed to find a couple of tops to go with them. She ignored me so I looked on my own. When I decided to purchase the capris, I asked a different sales person if she could calculate the exact price of the pants. One pair was clearly on sale but the other appeared to be regular price even though they were both on the sales rack. She indicated that they were 60% + 10% off. I said I wanted to know exactly how much they were going to be and she said sarcastically, “You want to know how much they are going to be before I ring them in?” I said, “ Sure, just for fun, I would like to see how much they are.” She then appeared to be irritated that I would ask her to do this and she proceeded to grab a calculator and said in a derogatory tone, “Sure, no problem, I will do that for you, just for fun.” I was really not expecting to receive this sort of response from the sales person. I proceeded to tell her that she could keep the pants and on my way out, I asked for the manager’s name and she told me that she was the assistant manager. She tried to back pedal at that point and said she was sorry that I took what she said the wrong way. I believe that I interpreted her comment exactly the way she said and meant it. Suffice it to say, no one working today at this Reitmans was interested in offering good service in a respectful manner. It was unfortunate.

Went to this store few days ago to buy something for a party. Selection wasn't the best but quality is high. The lady in the store help me to my cha Ge room, come check if all is fine about 15 min later. She helped me decide including jewelry, she was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. She explain promotions and something I get for my bday. Despite the fact that the store was busy she help everyone in need, even though she was only one working. Will definitely go back.

I received a gift card last Christmas from a family member. I live down the street from this location and have gone in a few times to find something. Each time I was completely ignored. I always have to let myself into a change room because the associates are usually too busy talking among each other. Tonight was no different. I entered the store at 7pm two hours before closing. There were two associates working. Both were behind the counter. They had one client who was checking out. They were very friendly with this client. But I got nothing. Not a hello, a friendly smile or anything. One girl went on break. I grabbed about four tops and two pants to try on. Tried to wave the other associate down for a room but she wouldn’t look in my direction. She was too busy straightening racks. So again I let myself in. I did really like two of the tops. But because I was treated like I didn’t exist I decided to leave empty handed. If I could give no stars I would.

Found what I was looking for on sale - great service too

Sales staff did not acknowledge me or offer to assist. They were too busy being social with one another to assist customers.
