Sad to say I cannot give better than a 1 star. I went to buy flowers for my mothers grave for Mothers Day and to my surprise I found a bouquet of snap dragons, one of her favourite flowers. I immediately purchased a bouquet and I went straight to the cemetery as I had the water in my car. When I took the paper off a bunch of the flowers fell off. The paper was wrapped too tightly around the flowers instead of the stems. Also no flower food packet. When I put them into the container they were the most pathetic looking bunch of flowers I have ever seen. 2 days later they were dead. I can tell you that I was not happy with my purchase.

Our company purchases over 200 Valentines bouquets from this company every year for our staff. The quality and value are excellent.

I bought two bunches of carnations from No Frills which were from Niagara Bouquet. I got home and put the flowers in water. 90% of flowers come with flower food and that's what I thought I opened which was stuck to each pack. Little did I know it was some dark brown Ethylene Absorbent NOT white plant food. Why would you tape that to each flower package instead of food? It stained my hands for days and not to mention the mess it made in my sink. I have pictures to prove it! I will never buy flowers from Niaraga Bouquets again and I have shared my story with all family and friends as well.
