Food was OK, only Manchurian was worth trying. Else, panner tacos, dal , Naan were not good.Water was not served until requested. Tableware were provided after the food was served.The front desk attendant was quite welcoming but we waited for 10-15mins eventhough we reserved our table before.

I was on insta when I saw a reel pop up for this place. It looked cool so I wanted to try, so went for lunch. This didn’t disappoint. Started my lunch with sesame paneer fingers, mumbai prawns. The sesame paneer just set the tone for my lunch. It was really good. Prawns were fine.Then ordered their mix grill which came with wings, malai tikka, lamb seekh kebab and fish tikka served with kadai, butter and cilantro sauce and a side of naan bread sticks. This entire course was so good. The sauces accompanied are delicious especially butter chicken sauce. I think it is one of the best butter chicken sauces I tasted here.Definitely recommend this!

Showshaa has been in my list since we moved to South Surrey but got a Chance to try yesterday. WOWWW, Food was served Super Quick. Every Dish has it's own Uniqueness. Tasty, Well Presented, Not more Not Less Portions. Gol gAppa is a must try. Id say you can confidently order any Dish and wouldn't go wrong. Patio Dine in was a great Experience. Surely Recommend

This place is a fam favourite!! We miss their Roomali roti, but the Pav Bhaji Fondue made up for it!We also ordered their two main sizzlers, amazing as always.The only thing I find funny is the extra charge for onions and chillies, no other Indian place has ever charged for this but I guess that’s why this is a “Modern Taproom.”The service was extremely slow on this visit, we had to flag down the server many times. Ambiance is always great here.

Worst service. Prices are also too high compared to other restaurants. We were 7 people and they gave us only one menu card. How can we decide food with one menu card. And waited for food for almost one hour. And happy hour also not applicable for 7 or more people, rubbish restaurants policy. And food was awful. It was burnt. And the head manager was laughing when we complained.

Great place to spend time with your friends. Very good cocktails with a nice atmosphere. This is the place to go if you want to try authentic Indian food, great tasting artesian cocktails with a modern twist and experience superb service. The bartender, Addy, is extremely great with making the cocktails as desired and provides amazing service!!

So elegant interior, friendly servers. I visited with family for dinner. I am happy with the taste of food. I forgot server name but she is very lean and looks like Canadian or overseas girl happy with her customers service. I ordered fish and chips in starter along with sesame seeds coated paneer which is delicious. Veg dum biryani love the presentation serving pot and taste good . Paneer angara I get disappointed as I thought it will going to be served with some Smokey charcoal and taste ok, Malabar paratha not good layered and cooking method wrong not as per standard and butter naan and butter roti so thin layer like papad. Remains good and dessert good too.

Nice spot! Pleasantly surprised with the food. I wanted to sit on the patio however, it was reserved for a different party. The patio looks like it would be a nice placed to sit in the summer. We walked in without a reservation and we were immediately seated in a big red booth! We started off with appetizers and also ordered a few main dishes.1. Gol gappe shots- the presentation was so cute! I actually liked these. I’m not a big gol gappe person. I don’t hate them but I don’t particularly like them. But these were good. The water that they were served with was on the sweeter side vs spicy.2. Chili chicken tikka- this was really good. It wasn’t very spicy and the chicken was extremely soft and tender.3. Butter chicken- this was probably one of the best butter chicken dishes I’ve had in North America. The butter chicken dishes I’ve had tend to be overly sweet which I don’t enjoy. This was the perfect balance between sweet and tangy. I could definitely order this again.4. Malai Kofta- this was ok. The gravy was a bit sweeter than what im used to. The kofta itself was really good, it was nice and soft.5. Tandoori roti- nothing special, very typical roti.6. Garlic naan- again nothing special in my opinion. I thought the naan was actually a bit thinner instead of being a bit more “fluffy.”7. Kids meal- we ordered the cheese pizza which came with fries. Nothing special. Other choices included chicken nuggets or grilled cheese.We didn’t order any dessert because nothing really stood out to me. Overall the food was pretty good and the service was really great. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the mood for good north Indian food.

OMG!!! Everything we ordered was delicious!!!! We loved the food, the ambience, the service and the experience of course! Definitely recommend this restaurant if you like Indian food and we sure be back to try some other things on the menu! Oh, one more thing: portions are pretty big!:) Thank you Showshaa, South Surrey for unforgettable experience!

We usually skip the dishes for Showshaa, but we decided today to stop in for a late lunch. First, let's start with the service, FIVE STARS for service! Our server Gurleen was so full of smiles with a great happy vibe and attentive in every way; she really made for a great experience. Secondly, the establishment itself. The ambiance was a Pub Tap House feel which they were going for so you nail it for sure, I didn't use the bathroom, but the rest of the establishment was spotless. FIVE STARS for Decor! Now lastly, the food, we eat a lot of Indian, it's probably a majority of our recreational food choices. This, for me, fell a tad short. The food was fresh and quick, chicken wings the size of my fist, which was impressive. However, the flavours just weren't there, close but not quite hitting the mark; unfortunately, I have to give three stars for the taste. All around, four stars. Thank you Gurleen, because of your outstanding service we will be back.
