I brought my car to Regina Honda at service department at noon to have my tire fixed. The guy was friendly and accommodating and told me they could provide shuttle. I needed a shuttle to get back. The lady approached me and gave me a notebook to write down the address and my info to bring me back to work. She asked do you need a ride back and I said “yes, I’d be out of work at 4pm”. She looked disappointed and said she have 26 more people to pick up so 4pm isn’t possible. I said it could be early if that will help her schedule and she got upset and wanted to show the list of people she’s gonna pick up. It was like she was implying that she couldn’t pick me up. I said no need to show it to me. Then told her I’ll just take an Uber then. She dropped me off not exactly from where I supposed to go which is fine I understand she have a lot more people to pick up and was traffic. But this is not what upsets me. When I got to Regina Honda before 4pm to wait for my car to be ready, she was just sitting right there. As I was writing this review, she was just there for more than 30 minutes. She could have picked me up from work to Honda which would only take like 5 minutes! Unacceptable! I chose Honda not just for the car performance but also for its good customer service.

Harry is the best of the best. Everyone at Honda was so lovely and made the trading/buying process so easy. We felt very at ease with purchasing another Honda due to the transparency and helpfulness of Harry. 10/10 would recommend and buy again.

Went to this location yesterday not prepared for just HOW HARD it is to find a new car to buy these days without having to wait a few months. My sales person, Max Ginzburg, was one of the most patient and attentive individuals I have ever dealt with when buying a new car. He spent all afternoon with me trying to find me the best offer and deal possible. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and truly went above and beyond. With the help of another sales person, Brett, they were both able to find me a car to drive off the lot the same day. Honestly, I am so impressed with the service they both provided and would definitely recommend both of them to family and friends who are looking to buy cars in the future as well. We just bought a HR V from Regina Honda and our salesman Max was excellent from Wo to Go. His demeanour was very friendly, explained everything to us with patience and good knowledge. Sophia, finance officer very friendly and explained thoroughly warranties, the 3M process and protection packages. Very happy with our Vehicle and services.

Bought a pre owned vehicle less than 5 months ago only to find out that it needs a 4000$ timing chain replacement. Was told by service to contact sales as they should do something as this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. Nobody from sales would return my call and two days later had to hear from the service guy that they won’t do anything as it’s past 90 days. Absolutely will not be purchasing anything from this group every again as the service was awful except for the fellow I’m the service department.*Update… was told my truck would be ready Saturday if not Monday. It’s now Tuesday, 4 messages not returned later with my truck being there for a full week now and still no response. This has been the worst experience in customer service I’ve ever seen after purchasing a vehicle from you. World class customer service at its best.

We bought a car at the used dealer with the promise of a 30 day warranty and some cosmetic issues to be repaired. We bought the car from Randy, and he gave me his number to contact in case of issues. He will not reply they won’t get back to us about parts that were ordered or issues that we had. Now we are left in the dark after the 30 days. After this review I received a call from them. Randy is impossible to get ahold of, but they did finally make things right. I have upgraded this to 3 stars but be careful and make sure you get everything in writing. That was all that saved us.
