I took my necklace in to Imperial Fine Jewelers based off the reviews. I’d broken the chain and needed it repaired. The guys I dealt with were AMAZING. The vibe of the store is so relaxed and elegant and clean, and the staff are friendly, super kind, and very knowledgeable. I dropped my necklace off on Monday and got the call on Friday that it was ready for pickup. The repair job was immaculate, I have no idea where it was fixed. And it was so affordable too! I highly recommend Imperial Fine Jewelers if you’re looking for a local shop to get your jewelry repaired at. You honestly can’t get better customer service or better pricing.

My fiancé and I happened across the new location of this place on the way to his dentist. We went in and ended up buying our wedding bands there. Erik and the rest of the staff were friendly and super-knowledgeable and did some great simple customizations for us. I've since gone back to them to get a custom piece created using some family jewelry. They are great to work with, and have a wide selection of items and very reasonable prices!

I would highly recommend Imperial Fine Jewelers. Paul and his family are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with.My wife had lost her engagement ring, Paul was able to handcraft a higher quality replica based on a pitcure of the ring with more diamonds than the original and at a very reasonable price too. We also purchased our wedding bands here which we were very happy with.I wouldn't shop at any other jewelers, customer service is paramount and these wonderful people will meet your needs.

Paul Ng who owns the store is a fine craftsman and ensures that everything he sells is of the finest quality and well priced as compared to other jewelers stores. I would not go elsewhere to buy any jewelry. He designed a special ring with diamonds for my wife for a special occasion and she is thrilled and gets great comments on its beauty.

First off, I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed the ring sooner rather than later. Nelson was incredibly accommodating and managed to rush my order, ensuring that I received it right on time. He also customized the band exactly to my liking and even rendered it to give me a visual representation of the final product. This personalized touch made the whole experience feel even more special and unique. Nelson made the whole buying a ring process quick, easy and affordable. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this place before going to those big name stores. It won't disappoint!

Best jewellers I've ever dealt with. Very fair on their price when they buy your gold and extremely helpful. I got two pieces that had diamonds I was unsure if they were real or not and they authenticated them both for me for free which was really nice of him and overall was an extremely pleasant experience. Nice, clean, great pieces to look at. 10/10 Highly recommended trust me.

There is a good variety of gorgeous jewelry selections. The staff are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about jewelry. I’ve recently got a custom made birth stone pendant from them and was blown away at the quality and beauty of it. If you’re looking for great custom made jewelry, I highly recommend this place.
