Leandro was very communicative and took extra time to talk to me and listen to my concerns about mice issue. Later in the day he responded to further questions. In addition, he was very thorough and worked to get to the root of the issue. I called the office and talked to a pleasant young man named Chris and sent him some pics as well. My wife and I decided to have a technician come into our home and investigate the bug issue. Chris set up an appointment for us with Michael R. Michael was on time and very polite as he inspected our apartment. Michael was thorough and found bugs. He answered every question we asked. He was respectful of our privacy and left us with multiple options. We decided to have our home sprayed for Carpet Beetles and Fleas. We requested Michael R. to do the extermination. Dana from the office had it all under control when my wife and I decided what we wanted and set up a time that we requested and sent Michael R. to spray. Throughout the first steps of this process, Chris was available along with Michael anytime we had a question or needed information. We are on day 3 and the first step in the process ( the spraying) is going very well. Looking forward to a second spraying to clear up any stragglers. The offer to come back in 2 weeks if not completely gone was the cherry on top. Thank you, Michael, Chris and Dana.

Showed up on time and was super friendly and great with the kids running around causing chaos. He got us all set up with the tools needed to take care of the problem. He has also set up a time to come back in and make sure we are all set. Amazing service!

Mike and Leandro have helped us over 3 treatments to help get rid of the ant problem in our suite. They are knowledgeable, courteous, they listened and explained things very reasonably and answered each of my questions and concerns. From the first call on a Sunday evening (which was answered by the owner Chris) to the last treatment verifying the pests were gone I have received nothing but incredible service from this company. First treatment was Monday morning. Michael R called to let me know the time he would arrive. Second treatment two weeks later Anthony P did the exact same thing. Both technicians were patient with all our questions and provided incredible customer service. Anthony P did a third treatment for us providing peace of mind and ensuring that we were in fact bug free. Both technicians were professional and extremely knowledgeable about the process and the critters. We previously had a bug problem, which wasn’t resolved the first time around when we had hired a different pest control company in 2021. I suspected that we still had them 4 months after their last treatment, so I called around to get help in June of last year. Every pest control company I called, quoted me a price and the earliest date they could come out for the treatment. However contacting Local Pest Control was a completely different experience. The very first question Chris asked me was if I’d actually found any bugs, something that none of the other pest control companies I called had asked. He then told me in order for them to treat our home, we needed to see a bug as the pesticides should only be used when these pests are physically seen or other signs of them are present. He took his time to explain to me where to go, what to buy, and where and how to install them to catch these buggers, and to contact him if I physically found one. Even when I thought I had one and took a photo, he told me that wasn’t it. Until sadly this year about 2 1/2 weeks ago I caught one! He scheduled the treatment right away within 24 hrs, and took his time to go over the do’s and dont’s before and after the treatments. He patiently listened and answered all my questions (even the repeated ones, thank you Chris!). I think most pest control companies miss the fact that dealing with pests creates so much stress and anxiety for people like me and my family, and to be able to guide clients through such traumatic experience itself is a unique skill that Chris at Local Pest Control has definitely mastered. His expertise, honesty and the fact that unlike the other companies, he didn’t see us as a cash grab opportunity first when I contacted them, had us completely trusting them. Mike was our very knowledgeable technician and carried out both treatments. He patiently listened and went out of his way to explain the process again. He contacted after each treatment to explain what exactly had been done. He was very kind and understanding of our stress and anxiety.
