Brought my google pixel 3xl in as it was splitting in two. They let me know it was my cell battery and ordered a replacement and fixed it quickly. I was only without my phone for a day. Very happy with price and phone is working great.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. I come in from out of town to use them as the service is fantastic. They are fast, friendly and honest. My daughter had dropped her phone while being dropped off at school one morning and multiple vehicles had run it over by the time they had found it in he snow. I brought my phone to theses guys praying they would be able to save her pictures. Not only did they save her photos they were able to fully repair the phone. I highly recommend infrared cell phone repair. Honest and great service. Thanks guys!

Waste of time in my case. They are after a quick buck, not happy at all. It was a year old Sony phone purchased lesss than a year ago with a brand new original screen that was US400. You are so unprofessional, you deserve to go out of business. Pathetic.

Had an old tower computer that was not functioning properly at all. I guessed it was a hardware issue. I brought it in, and they quickly identified the issue and offered me smart options that were in my best interest, not theirs. Left feeling like they were completely trustworthy, competent and reasonable! This is the place.

I can't say enough about these amazing people. They replaced my phone screen in less time than I expected! So grateful.I'm so hard on my phone, a couple months later my glass screen protector had cracked, ( It did its job as the screen was undamaged)I just walked in and they installed a new glass screen protector on the spot for way less than I thought it would have cost. This team always exceed my expectations. Amazing service and always so kind.

True professionals! I had brought my phone here for repair as I have been to many shops and they do not seem the most confident. When calling to Infared they were very supportive and gave me lots of information! When bringing my phone in I was assured the process would go smoothly and everything would work good as new! Sure enough, got my phone back and everything works perfect! Everything was replaced in a great timely manner and everything works great! Glad I came here to repair my phone will definitely be coming back if I ever have any issues in the future! Cheers to this professional establishment! Hight recommend if you need any type of electronic repairs!
