I am a pet relocation agent based in the US and always use Worldwide Animal Travel for all the pets I have traveling out from and into Canada. I have been very lucky to have worked with Pascal and Hanan on more than one occasion and they are always incredibly responsive and attentive to my very last minute and demanding needs. They always take excellent care of the pets with updates and photos.

I transported my new puppy Clovie with Worldwide Animal Travel from Toronto to the UK. They provided an excellent service and took all the worry about what to do out of the experience. BEST service EVER!!! You cannot go wrong with Worldwide Animal Travel. They were fantastic! I moved from Canada (East coast) to South Africa (Eastern Cape) my two mature jack russells. They are from a farm living environment and they were looked after from the moment they were taken from my front door in Canada to their hand delivery to my SA front door!WAT are professional, well experienced and extremely caring. They understand your stress and hold your hand through every stage. Regular updates and photos were easily sent and I never felt alone in any of the logistics. In my case my dog was too large to put on a regular plane. I was updated regularly as my dog arrived and departed. The staff even went above and beyond by putting a bed in his cage and gave him a harness, one of the staff members in particular “cara” even went through the trouble of writing us a little note and put it on his kennel. She even took the time to take some really great photos. These guys showed nothing but love and compassion towards my pitty when most people would consider him scary and unpredictable. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!! Definitely would recommend 10/10

Absolutely amazing! My dog was handled by Tinesha and she was wonderful with him. She kept me informed of the his arrival status, fed him, cleaned his crate and let him out to play as well. Kudos to you! Thank you keeping me informed all the time.Special mention: I forgot to collect his documents and Tinesha was kind enough to drive to my place to return them back. Can’t thank her enough. I would recommend their services to all.

I had to move my senior cat (10 years old) from New-Brunswick, Canada, to Sweden in 2021 and not only was the staff very helpful and friendly they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable and had all the right papers. They made the process much so much easier and it was worth every penny. My cat was flown from NB to Ontario where spent a few days with the staff and got a vet final vet checkup. We were sent an update with pictures before his flight to Europe. He arrived in great shape and has adapted great withing the past year.

Worldwide Animal Travel offered a seamless experience and were extremely helpful and professional in relocating our cat from the UAE to Toronto.
