Great bank!! I do all my banking here. Staff are really friendly and always quick. Lots and lots of parking and you never wait to long in this bank.

My friend and I went in with the intentions of cashing government tax checks as my friends bank is out town and according to the Canadian govenrment website as long as we have ID (which we did in the form of a health card, SIN card, and birth certificate) we can cash the checks as long as it is under $1500. We were flat out denied as soon as we mentioned we had the health card and the person stainding at the teller started to lecture us so we walked out. I find that disgusting that we were treated in that manor and we will never go into any Scoitabank locations ever again. What they did was technically wrong according to the government website.

I visited the bank; very poor customer service. I just had to deposit the cheque into my account. There was an old lady was serving me. The way she was talking and looking at me was very rude. They should treat their customers politely so they would love to come back.

Terrible experience with this branch as a whole and in particular with Terri Sorrentino-Kewley the branch manager. I like Scotiabank in general but would stay away from this branch due to unbelievably subpar customer service and knowledge.
