My husband purchased two suits for our wedding back in 2021 and they fit like a glove. My husband wanted to purchase another custom made suit and we needed it in a rather short period of time , so we decided on Surmesur! Raymond and team were awesome to work with! Raymond took us for an appointment after hours on a Thursday, just simply based on the fact that my husband works late and we were also running out of time to place the order.Raymond and Cameron didn't put any pressure on us or try to rush us out of the store. We went through the different fabrics, the different densities/weights were all explained and we went with an in house fabric. We decided we needed until Saturday to make a firm decision. There were a few minor changes we needed to make. I made the trip down and appreciated the team making space for me to do that and place the order, there was a large wedding party at the store at the time and no one rushed me out the door or anything.The suit arrived last week which was perfect timing as we're heading out of the country today and needed the suit for a wedding. The suit needed some alterations, my husband went in on Thursday to try it on and I picked it up this past Saturday, turns out it was still a little loose and needed additional alterations. Raymond was awesome, he had us back in on Tuesday to be fitted (Monday was a holiday), the seamstress was able to take the alterations herself and my husband went yesterday evening and picked it up. The suit fits SOOOO much better and it looks GREAT!I really appreciate Raymond and team squeezing us in and getting the suit done and ready for us just in time! I know it can be frustrating for employees and team members when customers come last minute expecting all the bells and whistles. I really really appreciate the team working to get our order in and ready for us.Thank you to Raymond and Cameron for their patience and willingness to work with us on a tight timeline. Kudos on a job well done!

Updated....First time for me with custom suits. I had my wedding Tuxedo and groomsmen suits made by surmesur. The wedding was November 4, 2017. Every step of the process leading up was amazing. I can’t say enough. The experience was wonderful and very eye opening to the industry and quality. The staff knows the game and they will make you look sharp as a knife. Style? This place oozes it. I’ll be going back for all suits and shirts/trousers. Highly recommended you do the same.

Bought my suit here. Custom made. Lots of choices to custom design your 3 piece. Great service and consulting. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you’re looking for a high quality suit

We had a wedding suit consultation with Melissa who was great, very helpful with giving us options to make a customized suit. We were not fully aware that this store does not have things for you to try on but rather is a customized suit store (at least for the wedding suit/party needs). They also offer a nice 10% off the suits for the wedding party if you're buying multiple suits from them which is nice. I do wish they had take home swatches of the colors we picked for the suit.

I needed a wedding suit and Melissa has been so good throughout my experience. She has an eye for what works and what doesn't on me, she took time to explain the different customization options, how they look in real life (I knew nothing about suits when I started). I'm going back in a few weeks for the first wear and I'm so excited!!

Ray created a welcoming and comfortable environment while we were selecting and constructing the wedding attires for the bridal party. He provided valuable guidance that enabled us to make informed decisions from Surmesur's amazing array of choices and customizations.Since my dad lives far away, I asked if he could join us via video call to choose his details. Ray was accommodating and skillfully interpreted my father's style.Throughout the process, Ray was with us every step of the way, making everything effortless. Had a shirt fitting set up with Cameron. I have very long arms so I was never able to find an “off the shelf” solution. Decided to come here and glad I did. I’ve never had a shirt fit so well. I’ll be back for a suit in the future.

I have had three suits made by Surmesur and they have always come out perfect. Raymond Lontoc has been the one that assisted me and my family and has been our go to person always! He is very helpful from putting together concept of the suit to making it a reality. He has always been very professional and easy to get a hold of for questions and follow ups! Highly recommended!
