I have no idea how these guys are not rated five stars… I have been banking here for some time and have had nothing but stellar experiences. I came here because I was tired of dealing with these large institutional types. It’s amazing to be able to call the bank and get a quick answer, or to walk in and not have to wait so long to talk to somebody that your knees feel like giving out. it’s extremely rare nowadays to get such personalized banking. I can’t recommend these guys enough! 10 out of 10, thank you very much guys!

Probably the most beautiful FI branch in Ottawa. We've been banking with the Ukrainian Credit Union Ltd. for many years now and the service is exceptional. You get very personable service with professionalism. Although the name says Ukrainian but the branch services everyone.It's always super easy to deal with staff, they respond promptly and help you set up whatever you need within minutes and without extra fees like traditional big 5 FIs.

Ми новоприбулі з України. Чекали 3 місяці для отримання кредитних карток (це була підстава, так як ньюкамерам тільки 1 кредитку можна перші 6 місяців).Із позитивного: одні із найкращих умов обслуговування. Ліміти, тарифи - все досить на гарному рівні.
