I’ve calling them for more than 2 weeks, I got a respond yesterday, then transferred to leave a voice mail. I called back and transferred to un-associated voice mail box.

Zero customer service or care for the customer. Lost my job due to the 2nd wave of Covid so missed my first payment. When I get the bill they want to charge me more than twice the monthly payment just to cancel the policy. Tried calling my broker..well the system isn't working. Called the day after, no response. Called the next day.. asked to give them a day to find a solution. It's now been 7 days and still no response. Would highly recommend seeking insurance elsewhere.

I gave 1 star feedback and I do more than what they deserve.... Awful customer service, ridiculous prices, bills R coming from nowhere, they should close them, they need to stop stealing from people.... Disgusting

The worst. Read the reviews. They charged us a cancellation fee of $200 when we moved and didn't need insurance anymore. Stay away.

They have the best price around, hands down. Don't know how they do it, but they are 40% cheaper than anywhere else I have shopped. And don't worry it's not a sham, my car got totaled a few years back and I got reimbursed the full value of the car with no headache. Julien is an excellent insurance agent with which I was always able to get good service without hassle. Even got to negotiate on their already very low price!The fact that the rating of this company is so low in incomprehensible really.

Avoid at all costs! Unreturned phone calls, poor customer service, total lack of professionalism. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
