Worst bank I've ever dealt with.when $120 monthly automatic payments MAGICKALLY turn to a $1757 payment without notice or discussion. Then to be told that they will correct the error from one end, to be told on the other end they can't and won't fix THEIR ERROR. I will be leaving this bank, and taking every family member with me.

Have received very good service from this branch in the past. Most recently, after some mortgage issues, which couldn't be solved over the phone (the BMO Customer Service line was brutal, but that isn't this branch's fault), Brittany helped us solve the problems with a single appointment. Awesome service!

I don't like how etransfers can take up to 24-48 hours to get back in your account td and cibc, rbc you don't have this problem. So why with this one.

Very disappointed with the way i was treated after my husbands passing. Did not come forth with important info. Finding things out after they happen. Do not respond to phone calls in a timely manner. I believe that when all my matters are cleared up so will my banking be at BMO. Not impressed. We have been clients for will over 20 years.

This branch has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. It is impossible to speak to someone directly especially over the phone. They allow phone messages and promise to call back by the end of the day but I've attempted that many times only to be disappointed. Their phone message says that you can also opt to speak to someone in their customer service area but when you press 0 to do that, you are reverted back to the original menu of options so it is a never-ending loop. Shameful!

The worst BMO branch, The teller chatting with each other while serving customer, rude attitude, and careless conduct, one time when I about to leave, they didn't return the document I brought,and didn't even notice it when I go back and ask for it. If you are looking for some kind and professional service,DO NOT GO THERE!

Didn't mind the ride their,(bmo) but didn't like the idea of having to go back the next day just to open an account!!!!?? My ride is at hospital doing a pre- OP. So I have to rebook.aahhh shucks,!!! At least an hr wait on line to rebook.....

Horrible excuse of a main dt branch. Long lineups and understaffed. There is a line for business banking but it is not staffed. They need to learn from grocery stores and move their staff from the little offices to the front desks depending on how busy the branch is. They are so inefficient.The university heights branch is also understaffed so not sure if all bmos in Saskatoon are like that.

Good luck contacting an actual person at this branch. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and I will never again deal with BMO at any location due to this. I do not suggest ever using this branch if you are seeking any kind of customer service at all. I actually challenge you to call their phone line and see if you are able to talk to an actual person at this branch.
