The store has staff that serve one family at a time. You walk in to a desk, they ask for what you need and then go to get it. You can then try it on, ask for more, different etc. Once done you check out. Because of this personal service, waiting outside is long. No browsing. I got there on a Saturday morning 30 minutes before they open and a line was already forming. Hopefully this helps others as it is a fairly unique and different shopping experience.

Customer service was rude. She was not even know if there is available size on the shirt that I am looking. I travel more than 2 hours that is why I have to call to make sure the size that Ineed is available. She is not sure on her answer. And worst she hang up the phone. She is not supposed to be in customer service.

The service is too slow, you have to wait a long time in order to purchase the uniforms. Another process should be implemented. it would be better if you can enter and pick what you need like in a regular store. Additionally, you should have all the sizes available since the school start next week.

One of the most annoying setups for purchasing I've run into. Not sure if this is their way of keeping you in the store but it's completely unnecessary. An employee will demand your name and number upon entry so that you can wait for another employee to help you get clothes. Then you wait again in a line that rivals a Disney park ride just to pay. Too much staff doing the wrong things and too few at the register. It shouldn't take 1.5 hours to pickup two pants and two shirts.Highly suggest you order online instead of subjecting yourself to this. Parents don't have time to waste just waiting.

Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Stars off because McCarthy's has a uniform monopoly so the company should strive to have more locations and supply on hand. We waited about one hour in the waiting room.

Hate to say this but wanted to share my experience.It takes too long for the shopping at this place. Registration, waiting at the waiting room, sales rep will cal you after an hour or so, Not to mention standing in the hot sun outside the entrance for another hour before getting in… The whole experience is so ridiculous here.There must be another locations of them or we should voice our concerns with school boards to choose other suppliers over McCarthy..

Terrible customer service - arguably the worst of any establishment we have ever been . This year we ordered most stuff online as I wanted to avoid the store at all costs . Unfortunately we needed to return and swap a couple items. You are immediately greeted by an angry manager /supervisor. They are always short staffed, which I can forgive , but the way they treated us (and everyone around us ) - rude and disrespectful . I guess when you are a monopoly (thus we have no choice to purchase our uniforms elsewhere ) - you do not need to treat people properly . Best solution to this is for a competitor to pop up .

We get our work uniforms through McCarthy. We are a large school board. We order our uniforms online and they are shipped to the schools. Ordering is fairly straightforward, but the shipping is horrendous, you should not have to wait months to receive a few items. The quality of the uniforms is not that good, and their prices are high. The safety shoes are very poor quality and start falling apart within a few months. As school board employees, We are forced to deal with McCarthy, however if we had a choice of going elsewhere we would.
