Terrible experience- the lady that assisted me with my online order pickup repeatedly kept saying I have a long name 4 times or so. And with this odd look on her face that l shouldnt? So finally I got fedup and asked her Is there anything wrong with having a long name? And what was her point? She couldnt respond. I found bringing it up to me as racist as can be. I probably spent over 1000 dollars at people's over the last month. Never ever going to this ridiculous store. People's Jewellers? Nah, you guys aint no people's store. #Diversity? #Inclusion? Nope!!

Brought my engagement ring in a month ago and was promised the repairs would be done January 20th.When I brought my ring in, the associate working agreed with the repairs we thought needed to be made. However she brought the store manager over, who made us explain the issues again. She then told us “that is the style of the ring.”My husband explained that the ring clearly never looked like this before (diamonds sinking into the claws). She grabbed our ring, spoke to the initial associate, and finally after 10 minutes of silence and waiting, they gave us our claim tag with no apology from store manager. My husband called the store to check on the repairs, as we still don’t have the ring. All we got back is “we will call you when it gets here” now it is my first wedding anniversary and I don’t have my engagement ring. Very disappointed!

I was in to purchase a chain, Rosalinda helped me, this woman was so kind & patient with me, I was really taking my time to decide & I was getting very confused, she was wonderful, not pushy at all, I didn't sense any frustration coming off of her at all, as i am sure if it had been anyone else, i would have sensed some impatience!! Also she was very helpful to help ME clear the confusion & help me determine what I would be the most happiest with! I'd say Rosalinda needs some recognition for her graceful, kind & professional sale person skills, she really cares & more important than her being pushy to make a sale, she cares more about you & that you are happy with your purchase, thanks Rosalinda! I don’t even know where to begin, I am so unbelievably upset. My fiancé and I brought my engagement ring in to be resized on April 21st we were originally quoted a 2-3 week period before getting it back, he had gotten a warranty when purchasing and we were given a hard time because they claimed we didn’t have the right email when we showed them what they sent to us. The women made a comment about my ring size being big which I found a little rude. Anyway after a couple weeks we called to see if it was ready, they then said it would be 3-4 weeks. After a month we called again, they said tomorrow, we called the next day and got the same answer and were assured that we would get a call as soon as it was in. We didn’t want to be pests so we let it be for a few days, we called again and the ring had been sitting there for 3 days and no one notified us. Upon going to pick it up the lady at the counter asked me to look it over to make sure everything was good. The ring had black rhodium plating on the sides that was now damaged due to the heat process when resizing, I pointed it out and she advised me to not except it and send it back to be fixed, so we did. She said she put a rush on it and that it would be back by May 31st, finally June 2nd and the ring is finally back, my fiancé went to pick it up and the rhodium on both sides of the ring is very faded compared to how it was originally, I took it in to be resized by half a size. My ring was gone almost as long as I had it to begin with, I cancelled engagement photos due to not getting my ring back in a timely manner and the ring is now damaged. It is a beautiful ring but the customer service and communication is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend buying from people’s. Lots of jewelry stores have pretty rings and I’m sure you’d have an easier time just about anywhere. I don’t even want to give my ring back to them for a third time to be fixed, you’ll need a warranty just for the mistakes they’ll make alone.

Bobby and Rose provide excellent customer service, and have a great product knowledge. I’ve had many experiences with other jewellers, and I’ve found the market mall locations goes above and beyond for there customers. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Our experience at People's Market Mall is always a pleasant one when we have Rose helping us out. The customer service with her is phenomenal and always consistent.

Bought a Disney themed necklace for our niece and they gave us a beautiful box to put the gift in! Super quick and very friendly. Can’t thank you enough!

The staff were nice when I went to make a purchase, since then they have been horrible. They are very rude every time I go in the store. My girlfriend went in to get some links taken out of a bracelet and they asked for the receipt. I put her name on file so that she could get repairs done without needing the receipt. The staff proceeded to print out the receipt for her for future use" which showed the price of the gift. They had to send the bracelet away to have the links removed
