Very bad clinic，staffs looks angry，i'm patient but they put something on my window， because i'm on their parking stall.i try to clean but can't. never go there，keep your money go others.Just now i called them，they said they don't care am i patient，they just do it. they don't want waiting the patient into，even 5 mins.I am in the lobby and forgot my wallet，i return to take it，an angry woman in the front of my car and told me never stop again. Exo me？less than 3 mins （maybe 1 min 30 secs）I stopped my car.If you want something on your windows， go！

Never have I experienced such a headache from someone who is supposed to be an educated medical professional.My dad recently suffered from an injury (which put him out of work for months) but he had disability insurance. One of the requirements is that all medical charting be forwarded to the company to be assessed by the disability case manager. Dr Leung is very reluctant to do such things - we have requested it verbally, in the form of a letter provided by the insurance company, and even having the case manager contact her directly. It does not seem to be a pressing matter to her at all and for someone who is in the midst of preparing for a career in healthcare, it makes me doubt that she has her patients best interests in mind which is disappointing to say the least.I am not usually one to write bad reviews but when you get a phone call from the disability case manager saying that she has tried to contact the physiotherapist and has not had any luck with cooperation, and how the fees she's charging sound expensive it really makes you think. If someone who does this for a living is frustrated imagine what a nightmare it has been trying to deal with something that should actually be very simple.As a side note, they have 2 parking spots reserved in the lot but make their patients pay a toonie out of pocket in order to park there. They also have installed a camera just to watch those 2 parking spots, which feels like an overkill to me.

Brought my infant to AAA to check out his spine, the Chiropractor at the clinic(Peter Chang) is awesome! Answered all my questions. Very informative and knowledgeable. The AAA admin staff were friendly. highly recommend this clinic!

I have had an issue on my foot for 2 years. Two independent podiatrists diagnosed it as a Morton's Neuroma and suggested surgery. Maggie at AAA Physiotherapy managed to save me from having surgery through her treatments. I would recommend her to anyone!

Avoid at all cost. They care more about abusing the system to make a profit than actually helping patients get better. They will try to upsell you on 5 different treatments for a simple sprain and strain when you come for just a physio session to get some exercises. They have been making my mom come 3x/week to do multiple treatments on the same day and billing ICBC an average of 8 treatments/week.

I think the physio is a decent place, the thing that gets me is the ((fee's)) . $20, for the following, if cubical is not cleaned, cancellation, and for them to make a claim through your extended medical plan. Parking charges are $2, maybe instead of charging so much fee's why not just raise the rates?, the thing that disturbed me is, i had to cancel an appointment due to a cold and the reception wanted me to still come in. My response was, I didn't want to get every one sick there so I'm ok with paying the cancellation fee.

dirty and unfriendly staff. there are so many better options (with free easy parking!) within a 10 min drive. Would not recommend just because it's the only place you can get an appointment

The staffs are friendly. All the doctors are awesome and professional especially Dr. Jenny and Tony. Strongly recommend this place!

Did not show my Grandma how to do the exercises, and charged her money because they printed out the exercise on a paper, ridiculous!

Sprained my ankle on a Friday. Got an appointment for Saturday morning. Staff did my intake right away. Therapist was professional and thorough. Explained to me what she was doing and why she was doing it. Treatment included 15 min ultrasound, 20 min tensor/electrodes, and 10 min laser. Even showed me how to bandage my ankle properly to reduce swelling and improve recovery. Told me to rest with no walking for at least 2 days for best results. I followed her instructions as best I could and my ankle went from limping and bruised and swollen on Friday to walking and pink and much less swollen on Sunday. I already scheduled my followup on Monday afternoon. Would recommend to anyone needing comprehensive physio in the Metrotown area.
