10/10 would recommend!I needed my photos and videos taken off of my old desktop computer that was super slow and I could barely get onto myself. I’m not the smartest with computers but Antonio provided me with EXCELLENT customer service and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. In the end he was able to recover my photos and videos!

Antonio was able to recover the data from a portable external hard drive that failed and he transferred the data to a new device. He communicated his progress via email throughout the recovery progress and provided screenshots. Antonio's prices are very reasonable compared to other businesses I had requested estimates from. I wouldn't hesitate to use Antonio's services again if I run into an issue I can't resolve on my own. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
