Always an incredible experience when purchasing equipment for my gym from this location. The staff, especially Mark and Kurtis, are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable with their products and recommendations. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to upgrade their fitness studios.

The Treadmill Factory / The Fitness Factory has a wide range of high-quality gym equipments. Have purchased Treadmill, Barbells, Plates for Barbell, Gym mats and other gym accessories. There is plenty of choices here compared to Sportchek or Walmart or Canadian Tire. This is a proper fitness equipment place. The staff here are friendly, and the price is competitive. Best part is that they provide, delivery, installation and also service for fitness equipments.

This company is a rare gem being one with integrity and excellent customer service and satisfaction.For online sales (purchased through amazon), they reply in less than 8 hrs and call you if they haven't heard back from you within 24 hrs.They're staff are patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.Triple star treatment. Would highly recommend for all your fitness needs.

I have purchased from this store in the past. They have excellent equipment and customer service. Recently I made a major purchase of a Matrix treadmill, Bodycraft functional trainer, along with flooring for my new how gym reno. I dealt with Kurtis who was fantastic at explaining how the equipment worked, and what was best suited for what i was looking for, and not trying to upsell me on anything. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will purchase here again.

I did my order through the phone and it showed up within 10 business days. It was a smooth process and the person who helped me made it seamless. It was a quick and easy transaction. I purchased the FIT505 Functional/power rack/smith Trainer and it makes a great residential home gym but the assembly instructions are a complete disaster. I can't believe FIT505 would release a product with instructions like that. I wouldn't even call them assembly instructions. I am somewhat mechanically inclined and I know what a trainer is supposed to look like so I was able to put it together myself in 4 hours.

I literally just made a purchase, 30 seconds ago, from the Mississauga location Treadmill Factory and worked with Kurtis S. to help build the gym of my dreams. Kurtis is super knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I can't wait until the equipment arrives. He made the buying process easy and provided realistic timelines and also shared various exercises I could do with the equipment I was looking at. I will update accordingly when things arrive but so far so good.

Mark helped us choose the right equipment that would make the most of our basement gym space and intended use. He didn’t pressure us at all and let us take our time and answered all our questions. He provided information and options for our review that met our needs and made it easy for us to purchase the best treadmill for our home. Also, having each of the treadmills in our range, ready and available to run on and tryout was a significant difference from other stores. No pressure applied and quite the opposite.
