Masons Beach Park

Nice but quite small. Has a bathroom. Little picnic spot with gazebo. Grass and sand. The water is shallow and warm. A mix of sand and some stones. Good place for kids because no real drop off in the swimming area.

Loved the view! Did not like the geese but there are other great beaches to swim swim swim! The water is so incredibly delicious!

There weren't too many people there when we went which was nice. It's a rather small area but looks great to walk out into the water and have a dip. The views were fantastic. It was a bit chilly when we arrived so we didn't have the nerve to go in. Has washrooms and a couple picnic benches to relax at. The parking is kitty corner across the street, which means you have to cross 2 main streets that are moving fairly quickly. There are crosswalks but one car didn't stop for us, we have children and it made it a bit nerve racking getting across. That being said, it was a nice time and we would possibly stop in again if we are out this way again in the summer.

Love this place! Super shallow sandy and small rock bottom. Great for mini adults. Also has shade! No change rooms, but there are two outhouses that are cleaned regularly. Corner store with slurpee machine right across the street.

Relaxing place to enjoy the north end of beautiful Shawnigan Lake! Easy access to the beach and warm, shallow water make for family-friendly outings all summer long. Plus, Masons Store is a quick walk across the road.

Small lakeside beach park. Sand by the water; grass farther up. Water is shallow a decent distance out. Enjoyed swimming and chasing small fish. Parking is limited and I would choose elsewhere on a busy day.

Perfect beach for families. Shallow water to play in with a rope to protect it from boats. The beach is sand and easy to dig in.

Nice place for family with kids, shallow water is worm even at lower temperature. Parking is a bit far, be prepaired to carry your ⛱️ stuff.

Didn't stay long at the beach. Used this as a push off for paddle boarding . Has picnic tables and portapottys. Grassy and sandy with a bit of shade on the edges. Has parking adjacent to the beach.
