Kingmik Dog Sled Tours

It’s the most fun thing we did in Banff and Lake Louise, if you have the budget, do it! It’s limited spaces so make sure you make reservation as early as possible. The dogs are so cute and run very fast, the seat was very comfortable. The sightseeing was amazing, if we go back ever again in the winter, we want to do it again.

Highlight of our trip! My wife and I took our two daughters dog sledding. It was an incredible experience. Megan and Catherine -- our guides -- were friendly and knowledgeable. Experiencing such an important part of Canadian heritage opened our eyes to life before cars and snowmobiles.

We had a wonderful experience with Kingmik Dog Sled Tours! This was one of the most fun activities we did when visiting Lake Louise. The dogs were so impressive, dedicated to their job and very sweet. Our guides, Jared and Alex, were friendly, very knowledgeable, and shared a lot of history about the area. My kids loved the sled ride and playing with the dogs. Highly recommend!

100% worth it. It is a great activity and everyone (even pregnant) can do it. It was an awesome time. The guides are great and so are the dogs. Beautiful scenery. It is a can’t miss while in Banff/Lake Louise.

What a great experience! The team is great; Cynthia was our driver and kept us entertained throughout. The dogs love what they do and are well-loved by their owners, in return. It was so fun to watch them going crazy with excitement before we took off, then settle right down once they got to take off and do what they love to do. Gorgeous winter wonderland mountain scenery was the icing on the cake! Well worth it!

Dog sledding in Banff National Park was the highlight of my friend’s recent trip to Canada. Our guide/musher, Jared was friendly, knowledgeable and great at his job. And the best part was we got to mush alongside him. We tremendously enjoyed this amazing experience and we were able to pet, play and hug the dogs to our hearts' content! The dogs were so sweet and friendly. My friend and I agreed that after the many trips we went together, this made it one of the best, if not the best! We highly recommend the Kingmik Dog Sled Tours!

Jess was an absolutely lovely tour guide. We got to spend lots of time with the dogs to say hello, play and get to know them with Jess' help.A fantastic experience that was recommended to us by a friend and we loved every minute of it.

Had the most amazing experience and can’t recommend it enough.Between traveling through the stunning scenery and getting to learn more about the dogs we had a blast. A few of the dogs and our guide (Lauren) are competing in an actual race next week and we wish them luck! If there’s a way to tune in and cheer them on we’d love that!
