BEWARE!!! This business is terrible. We bought a house back in March. The floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We love the flooring we got, but the installation was done terrible on our stairs. We paid a fortune, only to have all the stair noses fall off or loose, which is a huge tripping hazard. They used some kind of heavy duty contractors tape, which news flash, that didn’t hold up well on stairs. We’ve tried calling them multiple times to come out and fix the issue, and they keep blowing us off. This is only one an example of multiple issues we’ve had with this company. We were better off buying the flooring from Home Depot and installing it ourselves. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else.

Several years ago Contract Flooring worked through a significant remodel with our professional office and our project was managed beautifully. Recently, we upgraded flooring in a surgical room; we had a bit of a hiccup with the install of the vinyl flooring but the staff at Contract Flooring made things right for us and they managed the situation professionally and quite fairly. Take some of the stress out of the building/remodel equation and work with professionals who really understand the business of flooring!
