Very disappointing and worst experience ever. I would never go to this taxsmart , they tell people to contact cra for everything.its their job to get the queries solved not the customers.

I didn't have to wait long at all, got my taxes done very quickly and efficiently. The employees are very nice and polite.

I was there Saturday 4/29/23, was asking 1-2 question and decided not to have my taxes done here. It was 2 minute visit. I walked out, signed nothing absolute no verbal agreement to anything. Later when I signed into my CRA account, show that Tax Smart has authorization to account which I never gave. Why they accessed my personal information without any authorization at all? I called today morning to look for answer what happened and how it happened, the same consultant whom I talked previously came on call with extreme ego, instead of providing answer said I can do whatever I want and disconnected call. Thats what you expect from highly professional job! Glad I did not do taxes here. I am looking for ways and my rights to complain about this as well ti CRA.
